Group of 8 on a Wednesday night 7pm. Not busy at all.
One kids chicken strip meal didn’t get made with the order. When asked about with 2 different waitresses neither came back to say what was going on. Our kiddo got his plate when everyone else was done picking through the not so pleasant meals.
The breading on the chicken strips and fish and chips was way too thick, hardly any meat.
Birria tacos were full of chunks of fat that we had to pick it out to be able to have some meat.
Chipotle chicken sandwich was cold chicken that they attempted to reheat with a panini press.
This was all brought up to our waitress, which we understand food quality is not in her control but nothing was done except saying sorry after the bills were presented to the table. Disappointed in the customer service, not asking for a free meal but with all of the issues possibly comp one meal or an appetizer or have the manager on duty come apologize to the table.
Very disappointing after we came last summer and loved the pizza and appetizers.

Docking made easy with attendants. Laid back atmosphere, food was pretty good, no real complaints. Service was fast, drinks stayed full and food was quick.
Vegetarian options: Would be nice to have more options for persons in my party.

Food was delicious, good portions, but a little overpriced. We were asked if we wanted ranch with our cheese curds, which we stated we did, and were charged for multiple on our checks. I would like to be warned that something is an upcharge, but that's lake life I guess. Overall ok experience.

Parking: The only negative to Nautifisj is it's parking lot. Comprised of two small lots on a twisting road, getting out can be a bit tricky. If you're arriving by boat, it's good though.

We have been longtime Nauti Fish fans but after this past weekend that is no longer the case. We have spent many seasons at Nauti and have never experienced the absolute rudeness from the waitress. The food was not even edible( the food we actually got) We ordered drinks and never received them. The waitresses was so rude and confrontational when asked a simple question. It’s really sad that Nauti has came to this. We unfortunately will not be back to Nauti after this experience. The wait staff you hired from “Vegas” not a great idea with their attitude.
Really good pizza. Great service and fun place to hang out.
