Would be 5 stars but ordered delivery and took a hour when it was said to be delivered in 25 minutes.. some dude named Tiffany delivered my pizza and accused me of not paying and demanded cash. Made him call Pizza Hut to figure it out. Stood outside while he played on two phones he gave me the pizza finally. Was warm not hot. Love when I pick up pizzas wont do delivery again. Need to hire your own drivers. This dasher thing isn’t working. Second time I’ve had an issue. First time I cancelled my order.

Super poor service. The buffet was actually empty more than once during our visit. Hardly any toppings for the salad bar. We weren’t asked if we needed drink refills. For 2 adults and 3 kids I’ve never been more disappointed in a Pizza Hut meal.

The food is always amazing. The ladies were both very kind to me. It breaks my heart to hear that man yelling at them. It's not great to show that stuff to customers. If you have an open kitchen, maybe don't yell at the other staff. Or maybe just don't yell at the other staff in general.
I walked in to get and pay for my pizza and a man in the kitchen was yelling at a lady in the kitchen. She wasn't yelling back, she was just doing her job. Not once did he ever stop yelling either. I have worked in a kitchen before. That is not ever how you treat your kitchen staff. Seeing this behavior in any restaurant is indecent. Unfortunately this pizza hut will never receive my patronage again.

Two of the kids first time at the Hut. They loved it even though there's no buffet on the weekends, it still made them happy! The waitress was so sweet!
There is actually to much to complain about! They shouldn't even be open! So many mistakes and they weren't even busy! Fyi careful when u order bread sticks....seen an order fall on floor and they picked up and served them...... Yes I'm sure they were the ones we ordered and they came out wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy after pizza ..... Never ever again will I eat at a PIZZA HUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I tried to get carry out she said the doors are locked because she was there alone I could see at least two people in the back from the front window while on the phone with her. As she looked around like a crack addict. 5-18-25 10:40 pm

Had the buffet. It was horrible and way overpriced. Nothing was fresh, it was like eating leftovers. Worst buffet I have ever had. Don't go here.

Had given up on this Pizza Hut for quite sometime but decided we’d try it again. Twice in the last month we’ve been in for lunch and it has been great. Management and employees have been friendly and helpful. Continued fresh pizza brought out and clean environment . Not sure what’s changed but it’s for the better. Thank you .
