The Tavern Smokehouse

It was our first time visiting this establishment and it left a great impression on us. The food was plentiful and delicious. Presentation of the food was also great. Chef Steven definitely knows what he is doing. Mark, the gentleman who took our order was very friendly and checked on us numerous times to make sure we were enjoying our experience. We will be back again!

We had a wonderful experience at the tavern Smokehouse. We ordered The Smokehouse plate with cheesy corn and sweet coleslaw. It was absolutely delicious and the service was outstanding. Our server Mark was so friendly and attentive he made us feel right at home and the atmosphere was very comfortable. Chef Steven prepares delicious Smokehouse food. We highly recommend this place.

I absolutely LOVE BBQ, and I have had my fair share of it. With that being said, this is my favorite spot that I have ever been to, not because they have amazing food, but because they have AMAZING food and they have AMAZING service. Chef Steven makes the best BBQ that I have ever had, and Mark gave me the best service that I have ever had. With those two attributes alone, I will for sure come back to this place, over and over.

Chef Steven served us a wonderful plate of burnt ends and mac & cheese! We made a comment on the way in that it would be nice to taste their coleslaw, and Mark was so thoughtful and brought us some (yum!) The food is great, atmosphere is perfect and the service is AMAZING! We'll put this on our list of regular places to eat!

Mark at Tavern smokehouse was so great!
He let us try before we buy. Everything was so good !
We got the smokehouse meat plate it has 4 meats and 2 sides. Very generous potions of meat and We ended up getting two more sides because they were so good when we tasted them. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for excellent food and friendly service give them a try. Yum

Our 1st visit to the Tavern was a great experience. Our waiter Mark was awesome and took care of us from the start. The food was very good and original, thanks to our cook Steven! We will be back.

Mark was an incredible help, funny and kind. We know to ask for Mark when we want to have our questions answered and led in the right direction. Great good, atmosphere, and service. The red velvet cookies were worth fighting over!

This is by far one of the of my favorite places to eat! The food is always excellent, especially if the cookies are coming fresh out of the oven! Mark was an excellent server, super friendly, funny and helpful. I would post a picture of my food, however it looked so delicious I just dug right in. Go try this place. It won’t disappoint.

We ate at the smokehouse this evening for the first time. We’ll definitely go back. The food was delicious, and the service was fantastic. Both of us ordered the smokehouse plate that allowed us to sample all of the meats and two sides each. Everything tasted great. The sides (cheesy corn, cornbread, baked beans, and potato salad) were just as good as the meats. Plus, we had leftovers for the next day. We highly recommend this restaurant. We didn’t know Mark and Steven before tonight, but they were so helpful and nice that we look forward to seeing them next time.

Mark was our server and Steve was the chef. Mark was incredibly friendly and patient. Excellent mannerisms. Steve was also very friendly and professional. He does an outstanding job with preparing the foods. Very impressed with his attention to detail. Highly recommend this place for some quality smoked BBQ!

Really tasty BBQ and the cheesy corn was out of this world. French fries were excellent and the burnt ends excellent. Wife had the brisket philly which was also awesome.

Mark and Steve both greeted us with the utmost kindness and we received more than the best service. Mark delivered our food and offered way more than what we ordered. This was my first food experience here in Camdenton..and it didn’t disappoint!! Can’t wait to visit again!!

This place was top notch! The service was wonderful, the food was PHENOMENAL! The fries are fresh and homemade and the brisket melted in your mouth! Everything we ordered was amazing! Definitely adding to our list of favorite places 🥳
