They must be trained to guard the salsa packets with their lives. countless times now i’ve ordered a burrito and asked for extra salsa and they either refuse or argue, one even told me i didn’t need it. Today i ordered 3 salsa on my burrito mobile order and they gave me 0. I told them and they said “our new policy is that we don’t automatically give sauces” I said “okay.. well i ordered 3 salsa” :) they brought me 2. So I went to the drive thru and the lady reluctantly gave me another and let the window slam without saying anything to me. This place is ridiculous. It’s salsa. Charge for the salsa if you have to idc i still want it.

Fill my cup, please. They discontinued the large blast and now charge the same for a medium. But when you pay for a half gallon of ice cream and they don’t even fill the cup…

Absolutely the worst sonic I've ever had to deal with. Extremely long wait times . Extremely terrible service and always missing ingredients pr the wrong food. The manager that yells at door dash drivers loud enough to be heardnover.the headset why i placed an order should be fired he is a joke.
Sonic blasts were good - the blast wasn't as mixed as it usually is, but it was still good. Service took a little long for just 2 blasts and a cherry lime maid. The location is fantastic, and the customer service was good.
