The manager stole my money and didn't give me my food. She then proceeded to try to make false statements and press false charges because I went in ONE time and talked to her on the phone twice to inquire about the order I never received. She then also proceeded to try press false charges on my mother whom never talked to her or any other employee at this franchise. Highly recommend no one goes to this Subway unless you want your money stolen. I'm also going to talk to the police myself and press charges for theft and filing a false police report on the manager. This subway is too much of a headache.

Food was very good. But I had to order on the app to get a deal (which is annoying) but I took my kids to the restroom and came out. I waited and waited. Atleast 15 min. Three women working just talking to each other. I asked about how long it would be? She interrupted and said “on the shelf” rudely. Didn’t even tell me it was done while I was waiting with two kids.

The two old ladies that work here are absolutely awful. I went back to get extra jalapenos and I'm treated like trash. They are totally out of control and emotionally unstable. Calling the police because I asked for good sandwich. Definitely contacting corporate. The sandwich in question had extra jalapenos, spinach, and onions. Here's a picture of what I was seved. What a good sandwich. Really glad we spend 40 here. Absolutely beyond rude.

Not a good subway for “Vegetarian” folks, no veggie patty for this specific location.

You would think a family food establishment would have changing tables in the bathrooms but this location does not. Not very family friendly or encouraging of families to come dine with them. There should be a changing table in the women and men restrooms! Dads change diapers too!

before i came i was.. hungry.. for a YUMMY roast beef footlong with PROVOLONE 🧀!!! the service from the black hair girl with eyeliner was SOO NICE🤭🤭 the food was excellent👍🏿🫶🏿👏🏿
I recently visited Subway because my kids wanted sandwiches. I placed an order for three footlongs and one 6-inch. During the preparation, the employee sneezed and, without changing his gloves, wiped his gloved hand across his shirt and continued making the food.
This is completely unacceptable and extremely unsanitary behavior for anyone working with food. Out of concern for my family’s health, I immediately canceled my order and left.
Proper food safety practices must be enforced — sneezing and continuing food preparation without changing gloves poses a serious health risk. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it to others until better hygiene standards are clearly implemented.

I came in on a Sunday at 09:34. The staff decided to close early. Nothing horrible I’ve ate here before, just really disappointing to come into subway after a long day to people avoiding work.
Subway is supposed to be a go-to spot for a quick, customizable sandwich, but my recent experience was beyond disappointing. The service was absolutely terrible, and to make matters worse, they barely gave me any pickles—one of the only reasons I even eat Subway in the first place.
From the moment I walked in, it was clear the employees had no interest in being there. There was no greeting, no eye contact, just a miserable atmosphere. The worker behind the counter acted like making my sandwich was the biggest inconvenience of their life. They rushed through the order, barely listening to what I wanted, and when I specifically asked for extra pickles, I was met with a sigh and an eye roll. Instead of loading up my sandwich as requested, they placed exactly three thin slices on my footlong sub. Three. When I asked for more, they mumbled something about “running low” and refused to add any extra.
To top it off, the sandwich was sloppily thrown together, with uneven toppings and a mess of sauce that made the bread soggy. The drink machine was out of order, and the seating area was dirty, with crumbs and napkins left on multiple tables.
If Subway is cutting costs by rationing pickles and hiring employees who clearly don’t care, they’re going to lose customers fast. I left frustrated, still craving pickles, and knowing I won’t be returning anytime soon. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values customer service.
The person who waited on us was extremely rude, like we were interrupting her holding court with her co-workers
Wasn't bad.
Very, rude customer service as if I was bothering her. You will be losing business fast with these attitudes. Female dogs up in there.
