The self ordering tablets are a Hassel, we used to go all the time to eat there, we go maybe once every 2-3 months now because of the self ordering tablets

Ordered for door dash, the order was wrong. Got told I would have to come get new stuff if I wanted it. I had already paid to have it delivered, they should pay to fix the mistake.

Their water heater went out on March 13th 2025 and they made multiple crew members who were supposed to work their shift stay and tell customers that they were closed all while unpaid. Dont know about you but more than 3 hours of work unpaid before they even closed, regardless if they are selling or preparing food or not, is not right.

Went in for a quick snack with tonight. Ordered cheap, including a chili cheese burrito with light jalapenos... I got a burrito filled with jalapenos and barely any chili or cheese. Just once again shown why I don't eat at taco bell regularly
Food was good and fresh although like most places nowadays there is very little employee to customer interaction but overall I was satisfied.

Since the new remodel all of the food has gotten a lot smaller. I am not happy about it I will not be going back to the one in Camdenton and I go there every day for lunch

This place has gotten better and better the last few times I've been here. For example, my nacho cheese was hot, and like, almost burn your face hot. In a good way. That was after my 20 minute drive home. Very good service and hardly any wait. I'm not sure what changed in the last couple months but it was for the better
