We loved this funky coffee house. It was full of heart and we loved being there. The coffee was delicious and the atmosphere was cute and relaxing. The staff and very kind and helpful.
Crazy expensive. Total let down. We come to the Ozarks yearly for our vacation and this was our spot.
Visited The Funky Buffalo from out of town, as a girl-friend and I celebrate my 40th birthday with a small trip, and were passing through the area after a terrible airbnb house/ host experience. Staff was so incredibly kind- not rushing us even when we were the last patrons in the shop towards closing time, the muffin and coffee cake we ordered was beautifully flavourful and tender, and staff helped us choose the perfect drinks to start to turn our day around. They even patiently taught me something about coffee when I needed that extra caffeine boost! To top it off merchandise offered was diverse, functional and fun! It felt like a little piece of home, and you're missing out if you don't stop! Thank you.

Our new favorite! The breakfast burrito was terrific and the cinnamon roll, too. And the coffee! You can stay for the atmosphere or just grab a coffee and go.

I stopped at The Funky Buffalo for a quick snack and some coffee. I had an Americano and the BLT with an apple on the side. The Americano was good. The BLT was light on the Bacon but was still flavorful and fresh. The staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous. The restaurant has a large open dinning area with outdoor seating available, and a drive thru. I would recommend giving it a try, this is a great cafe type place. I plan to go back for more of their coffee and food options.

A nice morning stop in Camdenton, Lake of the Ozarks! The Funky Buffalo was one of the few local coffee shops open on Sunday. Two nice young folks were working the barista and drive thru... polite, friendly, and quick service. The space is clean, well-kept, comfortable, and surprisingly large with 8-10 tables and a small play area for the kiddos to unwind. My latte was good and the chorizo breakfast burrito excellent!

Such a cute cozy coffee shop with great coffee and food. We got their scones and avocado toast which was spectacular. The mission behind why the owner started the coffee shop was inspirational and made me want to contribute to helping those with military backgrounds.

Service was good. The staff was very friendly. Baked good are awesome. The reason I gave four stars instead of 5 was that we were looking for antique stores. Their sign listed antiques, however, they are just for the atmosphere and not for sale. I felt slightly mislead by this. Left with an energy drink, 2 cookies, a hair clip for my daughter’s friend, and lip gloss for my daughter. No antiques.

Very very dissatisfied. It took us 20 minutes to get two drinks and the menu did not have a very big variety. I ordered a lemonade with purée and a coffee. Once we got the drinks we tried them and they were not good for the 15 dollars I paid

If you have celiacs and come to the lake this is the coffee joint for you. Not only do they have a gluten free toaster but they can make almost all of their food items gluten free! They also have the most delicious gluten free coffee cake I have ever had!
