0 stars. Sat in the drive through for 40 mins tonight after driving 11 hours all day. (Ordered online and got stuck between cars or I would’ve just left) if you’re in a hurry I’d skip.
Girls in the drive-thru window like to play games, take multiple other orders while you wait in your car with it running, to order. If placing my order at the microphone is that arbitrary, I'll just start passing them up and going straight to the window to place my order. This has happened a handful of times now. Not sure if it's a poorly implemented procedure set by McDonald's or if it's lousy employees or bad management that didn't train the employees....but it needs addressed by the appropriate entity.
