There is always a very long wait for food around lunchtime. Everyone dining in waited 20-25 minutes for their food on this occasion. Then, food was missing and our fries were under cooked.
The employees here were so kind and in the holiday spirit! They were very sweet to my 3 year old and let her pick out a little present from under the tree. Thanks for going above and beyond.

Girls in the drive-thru window like to play games, take multiple other orders while you wait in your car with it running, to order. If placing my order at the microphone is that arbitrary, I'll just start passing them up and going straight to the window to place my order. This has happened a handful of times now. Not sure if it's a poorly implemented procedure set by McDonald's or if it's lousy employees or bad management that didn't train the employees....but it needs addressed...read full review
