It is nice to have choices. Having both the KFC and Toco Bell under one roof gives anyone something.
Went for lunch on a weekend. Only 2 employees. Took a while to order. Did appreciate no order kiosk. Had the street chalupa box. It was pretty tasty. Unfortunately my wife’s chicken cantina bowl had no fork to eat it with. Went back to counter and due to only two employees it took several minutes to get someone’s attention to get a fork. During that time a customer left before he even ordered.

Went through the drive through and got a crunch wrap supreme.
I was the first person in the drive through and by the time I got my food there were 4 other cars that were now also waiting. I eventually went inside thinking they had forgotten about my food and there were 4 other people also waiting for food. Finally got my food after 20 mins of waiting and my crunch wrap had about 1 tbsp of beef.

Taco Bell / KFC offers a pleasant experience with hot and fresh food. The friendly service, especially from the staff at the drive-thru, adds to the atmosphere. While some items like chili cheese burritos may be missing, the overall food quality, including the Kentucky fried chicken, remains great.
