Applebee's Grill + Bar

The atmosphere is kinda depressing.. they only had 3 other couples there at 9:45PM and we ordered some drinks. Waited 25 minutes just for the drinks then proceeded to wait almost an hour for the food… when we went to the bar to ask about the drinks the bartender was rude and said “your server will bring them to you-they are already made” I politely said “oh okay” and waited another 5 minutes for the drinks. Probably won’t be back… Applebees isn’t what it used to be unfortunately.

The restaurant is so dirty, its carpet and sticky tables make me never want to go back. Staff stand talking to eachother ignoring the customer. It's a shame, it use to be a nice place to eat.

I ordered carside and my husband picked it up on his way home from work. He got home and said that no one came out. He had to go in. He worked late and so he was frustrated with that because our food was cold when he got home. Then when he pulled our food out of the bags we noticed cold and hot food were mixed so our cold food was warm. We had missing items but the big one was, I'm immunocompromised and I am unable to consume raw or undercooked meats. My burger was pink all the way through so I wasn't able to eat my dinner and I specifically marked I wanted my burger done.

I called the next morning to speak with a manager and Demetrius was awesome. I explained what happened and told him I wouldn't have made a stink about missing items because it happens but due to my health and not being able to eat my meal I was upset with the situation. He apologized and offered to make it right by replacing our entire meal. I gave him a time and when I arrived he was waiting for me and had my food ready to go.

I greatly appreciate Applesbees hiring a manager who believes in the theory that the customer is always right. Thank you for hiring such a rockstar manager. Keep up the great work Demetrius!

Been awhile since we have been at this location. Service was pleasant the food was great. Tex-Mex Shrimp bowl a bit spicy for the husband. Southwest Chicken bowl was very tasty.

Went here for the first time In a while, and had the best service I think ive ever had! Our server was AMAZING! (Think his name was Adam?) We would go back just to be served by him again. The food was so good! I highly recommend it!

Spent 46.00 for to go order. They gave me regular mash potatoes not the loaded ones I paid for. No beer cheese or sour cream or extra 2 hot sauces and ranch with my boneless wings that were hard and rubber. I ordered spinach dip extra parmsean and extra chips I got no extra chip and no cheese at all on top and bearly a scoop of dip. Side salad and fries were only eatable thing even though no cheese or sour cream for my fries. The store outside and inside looked like they were closed at 8pm very creepy. Definitely worse experience and waist of money

Went with my Family tonight after a 4th of July celebration. First let me say, the restaurant was NOT busy.. Maybe 4 cars in the parking lot. Walked in, wasn’t greeted.. took 7-8min for the server to acknowledge our existence & come up to us.. Her name was Lindsey. She hurried & grabbed menus & rushed us to a table as if she was just SLAMMED and busy, she wasn’t.. The restaurant was literally quiet. Finally our actual server came over, really sweet guy actually but HE was the busy one. He had all the tables that were seated other than a couple by the bar that the Lindsey girl had. Took about 10min to get drinks.. Finally ordered, then took about 40-45min to get our food. My cousins steak was undercooked, my chicken was cold as if it had been sitting. Only good meal was the kids chicken tenders.. No refills.. THEN my cousin was like, “it’s okay, I’ll just eat the steak but I need some A1 to choke it down”.. Well our server was OF COURSE busy and waiting the other tables so my cousin just walks up to Miss Lindsey and asks for A1. She quickly snaps back “did you ask your server?” My cousin replied “he seems really busy” and Lindsey said back “Well I am too” and then proceeded to get her the A1 sauce with a side of unwanted attitude. We let it go, trying to be respectful despite how we was feeling at that point. Fast forward, I get up to go use the restroom, do my business and come out. Walk around the corner, low & behold Lindsey bout runs me over while she’s holding a hot sizzling plate of food that she’s about to serve..(I told the manager to PLEASE run the cameras back if they don’t believe me) She don’t stop to say excuse me, pardon me, “I’m sorry I didn’t see you there”.. NOTHING. Mind you I’m tall with bright red on, she seen me. So I loudly but subtly said EXCUSE YOU! Still no reply from her. And then went back to my seat. We paid our bill & left, because I was irritated & didn’t want to cause a scene in that establishment. I called the manager on duty to explain… She was pretty nice & took my email to send to the DM (allegedly).. Overall 0/10 experience, I didn’t even want to put ONE star on this review.. & Lindsey needs a job where teamwork & customer service aren’t an expectation because she’s severely lacking in both areas, unfortunately.

The food had good taste but the experience wasn't the best. I don't know if they were short on personnel or what, but I think our server was also working the bar and only had one cook. The food took a long time to arrive to our table. Me, my brother and sister in law ordered the all you can eat, since the food was taking too long to cook we ordered the next plate as soon as the food arrived. The second portion never arrived and instead the server brought us our ticket. We had decided to eat at Applebee's because we like the ribs and they didn't delivered this time. Another friend ordered the pasta, the cook told us that he was going to bring her the bread sticks that come with the pasta, that it would only take him a minute and again the bread never reach our table. Again I don't know if they were short on personnel or what, but the restaurant did not had that many customers for the attention that we received.

I ordered a medium well steak and was given a burnt steak. Seeing as how I have swallowing difficulties when eating, I was highly disappointed.

Food was really good but not nearly as good as my server Adam. He was basically serving the entire restaurant running around literally running to make sure his tables were satisfied I suggest asking for Adam when you go here your experience will be even better

AMAZING PLACE AND AMAZING SERVICE!! My servers name was Tim and he was great. SUPER nice and was constantly checking up on us. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a late night dinner!!

Had a great time when I came with some friends! Served by a guy named Tim and he was great. Super polite and kind, even when we spilled a drink all over the table. We joked about it and he made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend!
