I went through the drive thru and ordered two roast beef and cheddar sandwiches and a large roast beef sandwich. At the windows I paid with a 100 dollar bill. The employee seemed shady when counting out my change and luckily I decided to count it. He shorted me 30 dollars. I called him on it and he corrected it. His fellow employees were laughing while he was counting out t g e correct amount. Should have checked the order too. It was wrong also. Terrible service.

Came into Arby's ordered an Arby's sandwich double stack got my order ask for Arby's sauce they said they were out. I asked for a cup of cheddar cheese instead they said they couldn't give that to me it would be a dollar even though they're out of Arby's sauce which is not my fault if they had told me before I ordered I would have ordered a cheddar Arby's sandwich very poor service

We were only customers in the store. Waited at counter for 10 minutes before someone (who obviously didn't want to be there) came out of back to take our order of a classic roast beef, a roast beef and cheddar, and curly fries. Order came within minutes. However, everything was less than lukewarm, and buns were stale. Now I know why we were the only customers in there. Don't waste your money.

First time there since the remodel. Very nice, drive thru was fast and the sandwich was delicious and had more meat on it and the drive thru employee was super nice and seemed happy to be there which was refreshing!

Basic sandwich and fries. Curly fries are a rip off. They are very large and put into a small cup that won't hold more than four good ones.

I ordered from app didn’t receive apple and cherry turn overs because they didn’t have anymore made. Wasn’t told they didn’t have any upon arrival didn’t know until I got home and seen they weren’t in the bag. Also location ran out of lettuce, this was also something the store decided not to mention when I got there so I didn’t have lettuce on my gyro or either of my chicken sandwiches. They also decided to try to stuff one bag with my whole order and my order clearly needed two bags to neatly pack my order. They put my sliders at the bottom of the bag, sliders completely smushed. Chicken sandwiches were wrapped terribly. There was no effort or care but into preparing or serving me my order and no way to report these issues with my order on the app. I’m very disappointed with my visit this evening. There was no need to rush it was not busy at all when I came. I refuse to return and have my food handled so poorly. You all upgraded the building but the service needed the upgrading.

They do not deserve one star! Waited 25 minutes in line with 4 cars ahead of me, and then my order was wrong and when I called to speak to the manager she was rude and hung up on me and then would not answer the phone back! Unbelievably unprofessional and I will never eat at this location again!!!

Ordered a French dip sandwich. The sauce was so watered down there was zero flavor. I complained to the person that took my order, which did nothing, then complained to the manager. She only then talked about how bad the staff was.

Was just in there at 4:20 and I just had to write this and let the owner know that the girl working the window today was such a sweet heart and such great customer service! I run a pizza place and it's hard to fund great friendly workers around and she's absolutely great!! Great job karey!
