The meat is too thick and the texture is just not good. These type of sandwiches the meat should be paper thin and have moisture. Also the fries are just not edible. You get old old fries. We had to throw them away.

Moved back to cape area this past yr. Have always liked Arby’s until now. The Cape Arby’s is terrible!! No service, slow, no specials and cold food. Extremely disappointed. Probably won’t go back. What a shame.

I couldn't wait to try there steak bites they look really good on the menu lol what i got was burnt bites of beef jerky and the Mac and cheese looked like it had been in a warmer for hours. Very dry. Disappointing

I went through the drive thru and ordered two roast beef and cheddar sandwiches and a large roast beef sandwich. At the windows I paid with a 100 dollar bill. The employee seemed shady when counting out my change and luckily I decided to count it. He shorted me 30 dollars. I called him on it and he corrected it. His fellow employees were laughing while he was counting out t g e correct amount. Should have checked the order too. It was wrong also. Terrible service.

Came into Arby's ordered an Arby's sandwich double stack got my order ask for Arby's sauce they said they were out. I asked for a cup of cheddar cheese instead they said they couldn't give that to me it would be a dollar even though they're out of Arby's sauce which is not my fault if they had told me before I ordered I would have ordered a cheddar Arby's sandwich very poor service
