Came to the drive through at 8:55pm. No one acknowledge I was there. I park the car and attempt to go in and seeing the sign posted that they are open until 10:00pm. Staff ingored us and continued cleaning.

I stopped in at 8:30 pm to get a cake these girls already shut down the store due to bad weather. Omg these kids these days. LAZY! STORM NOT DUE HERE TILL 10PM SAME AS YOUR REAL CLOSING TIME . Thank you DQ for the ice cream cake.

The shop may be a generic storefront in a strip mall, but the staff there is always so friendly and remain committed to making quality desserts. It's our family's favorite ice cream spot in Cape.

This place was amazing, my kids had a wonderful time. I tripped as soon as I went outside and dropped my icecream didn't even get to try it. But they was very nice and got me a new one, the worker was so sweet ❤️❤️❤️

Joyful experience. Store was clean and staff were friendly.
Horrendous customer service. Waited over 15 min for a milkshake and brownie sundae in the drive through. Sundae came out immediately and milkshake was forgotten for 15 min on the counter. Was milk by the time we got it. Rude/short associates.
Sam at the Cape location is the nicest worker ever! She sincerely is so sweet and makes stopping for ice cream even better!She's kind and thorough and always makes it a great experience!
