The food portion sizes were humongous and it all came out hot and fresh. They've got great girls in there who are awesome with their customer service. They give a pleasant atmosphere, although it does feel eclectic and slightly disorganized-but it has nothing to do with the food or service! We had got beignets and they came out with enough powdered sugar for me to pack a ziploc bag full, which is a bit much, but it was delicious regardless. Light fluffy and sweet like they should be!

We had such high hopes based on the reviews and the sound of the menu. However, the service was very poor. The server claimed to be very busy but as we watched we couldn't tell exactly how she was busy. The food was decent, the sandwich and omelette were good. Our fried items tasted like the oil could be a little old. When we asked for waters she only brought two out of the three of us water, the same with plates and silverware. Granted the third person was a child but a child still needs a drink, plate, and silverware as well. She left our ticket and never came back to the table. Water was without ice as well. When I went up to pay she walked away from me and didn't do anything for anyone in the restaurant just talked to the employee who was walking into work. I, honestly, didn't want to tip but I did some anyway.

Today is my partner's 25th birthday, and yesterday we celebrated with all of our friends. The cake pictured within this review was a surprise to Ian, and he did not see it until we started singing happy birthday. The shock on his face was so worth it. Thank you Bon Bon's for making this perfect cake. It tasted amazing and everyone LOVED it.

Are dinner and wanted something sweet, found Bon Bons and it was amazing. Great atmosphere, pleasant people. Desserts were amazing.

Both their meals and desserts are delicious! We have ordered several cakes and cupcakes from here and have always been impressed. The workers and owner are nice, polite, and helpful. I highly recommend!

Maybe it just wasn’t my thing, but nothing was very flavorful. We had meals and desserts. It was clean. Lots of pastry options. But I won’t go back.
Staff was really nice and the coffee was good. I didn’t get anything from the bakery but it all looked tasty.

I usually LOVE Bon Bon's, but recently it has been so disappointing. I ordered a chicken sandwich and found not one but THREE hairs in it.. I didn't send it back or say anything because the one server on shift was really busy but I think the lady I have seen making the food NEEDS. hairnet because that is beyond unacceptable.
