Amazing food and place!

Basic Cajun Food in a Historic Waterfront Building
We started with the Cajun Nachos, which were tortilla chips smothered with red beans, a few jalapenos and an occasional slice of kielbasa sausage. Our meals were a plate of red beans and rice, Crawfish Etouffee, Shrimp Etouffee, Catfish Po’boy, a cup of Jambalaya and the Broussard’s Chicken Breast and fries. We had a good sampling of their menu! Most everything was good.
However, I would not recommend the Broussard’s Chicken Breast. It is a grilled chicken breast heavily seasoned a with house spice blend. It was overloaded with filѐ seasoning. It comes with a sauce that helped tone down the overpowering flavor of the filé powder. Stick with the blackened Chicken.
It is an attractively decorated restaurant and bar. The service is average.

What a great meal!! Our experience was stellar and our waitress Candie was fantastic, she gave us great recommendations and definitely made this and experience we will be doing again not to mention our food was top tier I definitely recommend all of the etouffees they are awesome! 10/10 will be going again!

I stopped in after a new friend recommended it. It was fantastic. I had Crawfish Etouffee and vegetables. It was amazing. The etoufee was very flavorful. I think more people would eat vegetables if they were sauteed exactly how Broussard's does them. Delicious food!

I ordered chicken strips. I found them to be somewhat bland. However, I did taste my companions jambalaya, and it was about the best I've ever tasted. Anywhere. I will come back. I'll have the jambalaya! A service was exceptional. The atmosphere is really it's nice. It's kind of a combination of a comfortable restaurant and a really nice pub.

A personal favorite of place of mine, delish, and croutons are so so good here... but what's up with signature port wine dressing? Sometimes you have, sometimes you have a similar... bring back orginal salad dressing
