Sat at the bar, there were 4 more patrons also seated at the bar. To say the bartender was busy would beat stretch. My drink was empty before I had my 3rd bite of my meal. It remained empty until I just pushed my plate away. Not once did the bartender ask could he get us anything. Needles to say I couldn't finish my meal so we payed and left.

The bartender was extremely nice and offered me a sample of something when I was trying to decide between two dishes.

Portions were huge. I had the chicken tenders and they were nothing special. Wife had Seafood gumbo and said there wasn't alot of seafood in the dish. Note: menu in Google is not the same as in restaurant.

After a tough day, Hubs and I decided to take a drive and somehow ended up at one of our favorite places to eat in Cape—Broussard’s. We were seated in our favorite spot upstairs where we could see the river, boats and even a train. Candie was our server and she was just amazing, making great recommendations and keeping our glasses full. The food was perfectly prepared, as it always is, and despite the difficult day, we felt much better after our visit to Broussard’s.

First time visiting Cape Girardeau and found this awesome Cajun restaurant. We had the Jambalaya, Shrimp Creole, Crawfish Étouffée red beans and rice and Cajun fries.Everything was really good! If I ever get back there I'm definitely eating here again.

We got the boil and split it amongst 4 people. The shrimp and crayfish were on point, but the crab and corn felt lackluster.

The service was excellent! The only reason for 4 stars is because I miss the old location. I highly recommend trying it out. I do wish there was an option to make an entree more spicy.

The food is normally good but I have had a few issues with the food being cold or salad dressings being out.
