So had Darius Rucker playing on the touch tunes and a couple other songs coming up and they just turned the Touch Tunes off. Service was shit. And so was the management on fixing the problem. I don’t even like Joe Hobbs but go to Wings ETC instead.

Our boys always pick bww fot bday dinners and its just gone so downhill. The restaurant was out of half of what people tried to order from regular tenders to potato wedges, dipped sauces, etc. Food finally came out and the guacamole on nachos tasted old and moldy they were so cold. Someone else had a cold sandwich. No one seemed to feel bad about the quality of food and service showed that. We will not be back already told the kids. $150 for food that was worth maybe $20 so disappointing

Kat was a fantastic server and the wings were the best in town
For all this place us supposed to be you probably shouldn't even drive by it. The onion rings were dripping with oil and soggy. The wings were anemic and undercooked coated with gooy tasteless sauce. The chicken strips were dry and coated with something so hard that it actually was hard to bite through.

Worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. I came in to place a carry-out order, and the girl up front taking it was so rude that I honestly wondered if she was stupid or something, because nothing she said or did made sense. I ended up walking out and told her I wasn’t ordering anymore. She had short, curly brown hair and looked to be in her early 20s.
This happened between 6:30–7 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov 19th.
If management wants customers to come back, they need to pay attention to who they’re putting at the front counter. Basic customer service shouldn’t be optional. I won’t be returning.
