“The food as always was a hit, but what set today’s experience aside was the service! The professionalism is top notch, from how clean the place is to the food, to how courteous the lady at the counter was. All I can say folks is the values being expressed here are top notch! I forgot to order a sandwich for my daughter with no mayo, I know mayo lovers like myself that seems wrong lol but hear me out. They brought us a new sandwich and offered a dessert as an apology. For my mistake folks! Come on now you can’t ask for more, mind you I wasn’t asking for anything. She was coming up with solutions and offering them as options. All with a smile on her face!“
“Ive never had issues till the first time I ordered breakfast at this location. I ordered, payed, and got home and when I checked the bag they had a completely wrong order. Wrong sandwich, missing items, and I had already payed for my order (which cost a lot more than what I was given). You guys can do better than this. I don't have time to go back and return it so I'm stuck with lost money and the wrong food. First time ive been disappointed with this location which is why I won't give them a one star.
Update: I called the location and was told to come in and speak to a manager. I went in and was given my correct order with with no fuss and apologies. Manager wanted to offer me a free meal coupon but was out which is OK, I'm happy with just getting the food I payed for. Thank you, guys.“
