They don't listen. The snotty girl at the window couldn't get out order right. She botched it 2x, then walked off when I tried knocking on the window to tell her she messed it up.... Again. Then the manager come to the window and she was just about as snotty. Do NOT spend your money here

It's a Burger King. Worst thing about it is the location - if trying to get ther from S.Kinghighway, it's dreadful. Other than that, its fine.

It usually takes something extraordinary for me to leave a review whether it be good or bad. The last three times I have used the drive thru and ordered online and have had problems with each order. One time there was food missing. Another time I am assuming that we had received someone else's order. And this last time the order was correct before I drove off. However when I got home both whoppers didn't have tomato. I can't understand how orders are consistently wrong or missing. And reading other reviews apparently this isn't an isolated incident. I hope corporate will read these reviews and correct whatever the problem is with this store. Until then I will not frequent this location any more.

This used to be one of my favorite places. Now, it is just annoyingly slow and they cannot get the orders correct. It took 20 minutes to get two cheeseburgers and a fry without a drink. I have given them multiple attempts to get it right. Finally, I am going to be honest. Last three drive thru orders were missing items. Today, I did my best to get the lady to give me the drink I paid for...she argued with me and said I didn't order one. It says right on the receipt that I paid for a drink. Anyway, I do not recommend this restaurant anyore. I am attaching the Google timeline, so I can prove the ridiculous wait for the lady to refuse to get what I paid for. Also attached are pictures of the receipts. Management, the lady at the second window, who took my order, wouldn't give me the dang drink even with the receipts.

Manager took my order wrong three times in a row and then began yelling at me as if it was my fault she was not paying attention while I was ordering instead she was yelling at other employees and looking at her phone the whole time then wanted to raise her voice and yell at me to tell me that that's not what I said pitiful management I'm sure all the employees agree she should be fired immediately very very terrible
