I came in to get my doordash and none of the girls working tonight had anything cooked or ready and I had to wait for them to cook the food and then waiting on them to stop goofing off and talking about getting pregnant which is highly unprofessional and I think they need to all be fired.

I'll start out by saying that the lady that took my order at the drive-thru was very pleasant. She gave me my total and I pulled around to the window where I proceeded to wait 20 minutes while workers walked by the window several times and failed to give me an update on my order, apologize for the wait or offer anything for me having to wait so long. I ended up pulling away because I was on my lunch break and couldn't wait any longer. Waiting over 20 minutes for what I would assume to be subpar food is ridiculous and I won't be back.

Wheelchair accessibility: I'm in a wheelchair, parking was ample if not a bit far to the door from handicapped space, table was easy to get to and the aisles between tables were plenty wide to fit a wheelchair in

First visit to food chain entirely and I am having to wait till the following day around noon because they didn’t have what I ordered and since I ordered through google straight of of the captain ds website they wouldn’t/couldn’t refund my order they did offer other food however I don’t like chicken and I don’t like fish in general the only fish I eat is salmon and that’s when I’m craving it so I gave you a chance on it idek if the food is worth making 2 trips for because I e not ever even been to captain ds till this order and the only option I have for help with my order is to call the store for questions. I still want a refund and at this point I’m not hungry for salmon or my shrimp I don’t understand why it’s all up to me to make sure my order is available and then they didn’t even contact me to let me know it’s not available I have to drive 2x to get 1 meal that I tbh do t even want anymore cause atp I’d rather just have a burger but you only do fish an chicken apparently. You get a pitty star cause it won’t let me post without at least 1 star rating. ?
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! the manager on staff (Davian?) was PHENOMENAL!!! The cook was in good spirits and the front lady was great! Friendly, upbeat!!

Did an order, and they acted like they never got it. Went in, and the workers seemed surprised. Most of the workers just sat there for 10 minutes before finally making it when their other employee saw them being lazy. I don't know what it is with most of the employees at this location they are super lazy and don't do their job. Word of advice to the manager/owner fire your lazy employees and get people who actually wanna work and make you money and themselves. Your current employees are bringing your business down and losing customers.
