I was in this restaurant a few days ago. When I ordered, I informed the person taking my order that I'm a veteran and showed my VA card. I was told that only active duty, in uniform, military get a discount. How about a senior discount? That's only a small soda.
I am retired and spend my life traveling around the country, from NY to CO to TX to FL and all points between. Any restaurant I go to, I always get a 10% discount for military or being a senior citizen. Except this one.
Today I'm in Paducah, and the Chick Fil A here gave my my discount, see photo.

Manager rude. I asked why my order was "ready" 12 minutes before I actually received it, and she responded "were busy, we've had busses get over it." I didn't think this was how this place handed things like this.

By far the WORST experience in my entire life at CFA. Waited 38 minutes in the drive thru… and it wasn’t even busy 10 am! You’re better off driving an hour or two to another location. Very disappointing. They need to get it together.

I ordered the Mac and Cheese for 10, 4 hrs before pickup. I got back a dish was burnt on one side and tilted so all the noodles were deep on one side and about 1/2 in on the other. For $41 you expect it to be presentable. She offered for me to bring it back but I had 7 people for dinner, and the rest of food was ready. Love Chick-fil-A, hope it's a one off

For a fast food restaurant, this Chick-fil-A is surprisingly clean. The floors shine, there are never ketchup packets left on the tables, and the seats are not sticky. The atmosphere is what you would expect out of a fast food restaurant with the loudness and kids running around. It is a good place to eat out with kids and be a family, especially with the indoor playground. I always love the food here, whether it is a classic chicken sandwich or a grilled chicken wrap. The food tastes less greasy than the competitors, and there is a good variety of meals on their menu. The waffle fries are delicious and the perfect ratio of crunch to potato. My main complaint is the wait time to get your food. It does not matter if you get food inside or from the drive through, there is always a long line. However, I do believe it is worth the wait, especially if you have the mobile app.
When I can figure out WHAT IN TARNATION all the hype is, I'll be able to better understand this place. It is nothing different than any other fast food joint, they just serve chicken and no beef, that's their niche. Is there something wildly against beef.. I just can't figure out why they'd buy out the buildings next door just to make a longer drive-thru that STAYS FULL!! And to feed 2 people cost upwards of almost $30. 🙄

I ordered Delivery today for lunch. It was delivered by DoorDash. DoorDash did not mess up, but my 12 count grilled nugget was only an 8 count. Not a super big deal, but when you order delivery everything is more expensive. I’m pregnant, working special education, so every little treat matters to me. Plus I need to consume a a certain amount of protein that was not met with this meal. When I called the store they didn’t offer to rectify anything, the manager was rude and not helpful at all, and sent me to DoorDash customer service who could not help me either. I also work as a shift lead for a restaurant, so I am familiar with these procedures, and even though refunds need to be handled through DoorDash, we still attempt to help our customers regardless.

Parking: I wish they would acquire the neighboring building to add on to the parking lot, this is the most wheelchair accessible fast food place in Cape Girardeau Missouri
