I had a to go soup and salad. Salad was nothing except lettuce and croutons:y bowl of baked potato soup was cold and half full. No crackers or silverware. I was hung up on after waiting on hold for a very long time, so I called back and was on hold 16 minutes before someone came to the phone. The whole restaurant needs revamped and new personnel.

The food was on par for what you would expect from a chain restaurant I went with my wife we shared an order of mozzarella sticks they were a little bland she had the big bites they burger patties were over cooked I had the Alex's Santa fe burger it was delicious the waitress was polite and did her job well the cleanliness was and atmosphere were alright the floor was kind of slippery with no posting as to the danger however

Horrible busted my butt in bathroom. 60 bucks for dry ribs, a marg, and some chicken. Service was okay but they forgot my sauces and the food took 30+ min to get to us

Make sure you don't place orders for pickup near closing. My order was supposed to be done by 10:35. After waiting in the car, then waiting for someone to help me when I decided to go in and check, and then having to go back in and get parts of my order what were missing; it took an additional 30 minutes before I could leave. By that time my food had been sitting out in the restaurant so of course it was nowhere near hot anymore.
All the staff cares about near closing time is getting their closing stuff done and not pressing customers are getting in the way of that.
Was greeted and seated promptly. I was sat in a corner on a high top table so it was hard to see me but waitress was very quick to get to me and told me she didn't see me and apologized immediately for any kind of wait. Which was only a few minutes, if that. She took my drink order and my food order which I picked the Triple Dipper which I HIGHLY recommend. As I was going between the southwestern egg rolls and the big mouth bites, I made a slight comment of it and she recommended that both were great which I already knew 😁 BUT I finalized on the southwestern egg rolls and she laughed and said she didn't want to talk me out of my decision which I respected but she said I made the right choice and maaaannnnn she was right! The avocado ranch alone is to die for!!!! My food came out perfect and hot in about 8 minutes. And was served by a very sweet and kind gentleman promptly. My waitress was prompt and checked on me regularly. Filled my glass when it was half full and stayed on top of things. The restaurant is clean, very well maintained, and has the best employee atmosphere. I HIGHLY recommend this Chili's 🌶️. I live an hour and a half away and will most definitely be returning as a normal or regular customer!!!!

Did not get how I ordered my meal. Just scraped off what I didn't order, but the favor was still here.. waitress argued with me. Two other people at my table said I was correct and waitress was wrong.

Food was pretty good. Chips were way over salted. We didn't even eat them. Didn't complain though. I did notice other tables not eating theirs as well. Server was very nice even though she was busy.

My family took me here for my birthday and per their request, they had asked them come out singing happy birthday to me. That never happened! The food was cold. We had to ask for refills.
