Buffet was good with nice selection. Service was good. Atmosphere needs help. I sell lights for a profession so I notice lighting wherever I go. China Palace needs lighting help to warm up the place. Light bulbs burned out. Inconsistent light levels. Dark & dreary. Again, food good but the interior is really sad.

Shrimp Lo Mein, good stuff. Buffet is good too -- Not too pricy, and the sesame chicken has a delicious garlic savor.

First time ordering and never again. The Mei fun was creamy wet and noodles was diced up. The fried rice is extremely plain with burnt eggs, and the lo mein was plain with no flavor. All the boxes were half full and crab ragoon was cold and burnt. Worst Chinese food I've experienced?. I believe their food was like the cooks attitude TERRIBLE. I threw it away its not worth feeding to my family

The buffet was very good under the previous owners. There wasn’t a lot of selection but what they had was good. We ate there often on Sundays. Now the egg rolls don’t have much flavor except for the sour cabbage taste. The hot and sour soup was previously our favorite in town but now doesn’t have hardly anything in it besides bean sprouts and tofu. There is no meat and no flavor anymore. The entrees aren’t very good either. The prices went up and the taste and quality went down. So sad.

The first and the very best Chinese restaurant in Cape. They catered an event for my nursing staff today and everything was PERFECT! They deliver and the food is always quick and arrives hot. They have their own delivery people. If a gang of dogs breaks through your door and carries off your Christmas turkey… they are open Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

I been going to china place since may ; in the summer months ( I am assuming when there was a different cook/manager ) the food was good .Fast Forward to present day the food is disgusting and over cooked.Today I made a complaint about the food to the manager and he told me to bring the food back ; which I did. He refused to refund me for the complete order and refunded me for one out of the two orders. He was replaced one ; but the food was still nasty . I just wanted my money back not over cooked food .
i used to love this place. but the workers clearly are not on the same page. sometimes when i go i’ll get this younger lady and i’ll ask for noodles with sesame chicken. and that is what i would get, noodles with sesame chicken ontop of the noodles in a styrofoam to go box. but when it’s not her and someone else is taking orders and i try to order the same exact thing i get told “we don’t have that kind of chicken anymore” and then i’m stuck getting noodles with nasty grilled chicken mixed into the noodles. i asked her what kind of chicken they had if they didn’t have sesame chicken anymore, apparently according to her the only chicken they have is the grilled chicken they put in fried rice. this has happened to me more than one time and it’s very disappointing. what kind of chinese restaurant doesn’t have some type of chicken that has sauce on it? like sesame chicken, orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, general tsos, that is the whole point of getting chinese food for me. won’t be going here any more, i used to recommend it all the time but definitely won’t be anymore.

Food was absolutely gross wouldn’t recommend to any one. Ordered several meals, the one was suppose to be a vegetable rice hardly any veggies lots of chicken in it. They all tasted like the burnt styrofoam they were put into some. Ordered some red bean balls I’ve never had a more nasty tasting and over fried ball. The red bean balls are a favorite of our families to have at other places tasted like bad oil and were overbooked. Had some egg drop soup it tasted like store bought packet made soup. We were going to eat here before but the owner lady or someone was very rude to our children. So tried it once more but carry out, this was a big mistake YUCK!! Please save your money I don’t know how these people are in business even.Dietary restrictions: Don’t follow instructionsKid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all

It was our first time trying this place after hearing it from our neighbor. We ordered Kung Pao Chicken, sesame chicken and Mabo tofu with pork. Everything tasted so bland and really gross. Just a bunch of white rice topped with a little bit of chicken. I don't know why they would make their food taste so bad. It'll be the first and last time we'll ever get their food. Chinese food is usually full of flavor, but this place will make you hate it.
