Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I did not eat this trip. I bought lifesavers that I can only get at Cracker Barrel.

Are chicken came out raw for 2 of a party of 9 everyone else was completely done
Waitress we had to ask for everything we needed multiple times
One of us had completely cut chicken up before realizing was raw
They brought that dried up chicken that they re fried all cut up to me and had my chicken that only had one cut in cause could see was pink and wet cold upon one cut on her plate with her sides I'm assuming by was looked used same plates way it looked
Lady who helped was grossed out by it and very apologetic

Manager wanted to point out she couldn't believe it happened they have a timer for the chicken
Never going back !

The fish was o.k....not as good as the fried chicken I have had in the past. The service was excellent, but the lighting was a little dim....could have used brighter lights.

The dumplings were cold and so salty, the fried okra was cold and tough like they had been refried. Mac and cheese burned with black pieces in it. My carrots were the only good thing on my plate. The waitress was very nice but we will not be going back there. Big waste of money and time. Very disappointed

The food is in generous portions and so good! The wait staff is awesome, and the workers in the store are so helpful!! They rate a 10!

We ate a late lunch at the Cape Girardeau location today. We were promptly seated. Three different employees checked on us on our visit. The only name I got was our server, Philip M. We appreciate the great service.

We had a doctor's visit so as always we stopped at Cracker Barrel and we weren't disappointed. The food was delicious and the waitress was was prompt and helpful! Won't be our last visit.
