They make you feel VERY welcome and will fix any mistakes!
I’ve been to several Crumbl locations and this one is the worst. The workers aren’t very friendly and my cookies always look very messy and disheveled. I know it’s a new location, but I sure hope the employees learn a little something about customer service. They all look overwhelmed and unhappy to be there. They all just stare at you when you walk in and hardly anyone is smiling.
There cookies are perfect and the service is great Loved it!! and it’s a very clean place

Amazing experience!!!! 10 out of freaking 10 bro. This super nice worker named Ryder gave me my box and it was super clean no icing on the side, I appreciate that you guys change your gloves for every order!!
this is the best location i’ve been to the service is amazing the workers are so kind im greeted every time i walk the line is a bit crazy at night but its just because their cookies are so good they are quick and efficient while making you feel welcomed

Visited for the first and last time today. When walking in, the cashier was waving flies off the display cookies. Four or five people just standing around talking not paying attention to the customers. Had the peanut butter butterfinger cookie. It was raw and tasteless. You couldn't taste any peanut butter or butterfinger. Highly disappointed.
I don’t actually like their cookies. I do like the cakes and pies though. Sometimes their super nice and sometimes it’s awkward but overall it’s ok.

My daughter turned me on to Crumbl when we were in St Louis so we are very excited to have one in Cape now! Finally made it in there today, I ordered 3 minis. I read the other reviews. There wasn't a line at all & my cookies took 3 minutes. The only time I've seen a long line out the door was the first couple of days they were open, and thats to be expected. All of the cookies I've tried have been great! They are pricey but this will only be an occasional stop for me anyway.
