I have been here many times, but I've only had the burgers, but my wife tried chicken and it was great also, but the burgers are amazing and I love their fries because there are always hot. I have also tried their ice cream before and it is so delicious I didn't have time to get in a this time. I've been to Culver's in several cities, and I have never been disappointed. 😋😋

12 min wait for a chicken sandwich and onion rings? Ridiculous. You should have refunded my entire bill-- not pass me a coupon for a return visit "free concrete"--- did I order a concrete??? No!! Just can't get good customer service anywhere anymore. There were at least 7 employees standing around inside when I was at the window--- were those all the cooks on break and that's why it took 12 mins? Not a word of apology from the manager--- speaks of your character! Avoid this Culver's at all costs.
