Given wrong pizza at carryout, didn't know till I got home. I called and waited for 15 min. no one ever answered. Decided to go back in. They didn't have my correct pizza, and was told: 1. I had to wait for them to make a new one or 2. get refund and go somewhere else. I said forget it and went home and ate the wrong (now cold) pizza.

So I get it I’m trying to order late but if the store is open until 2 dosent that mean I should at least be able to order at 1:10 I get not answering the phone 15-20 minutes before closing but almost a entire hour I’ve been calling I’ve been hung up on at least 6 times and the other times I called im being placed on hold until they hang up again

Every time I’ve come inside for my order I’ve never had a problem, but every time I’ve done carded they’re just so rude. I work at a pizza place, I get stuff like that can be annoying, but in the end it’s still your job to provide timely and professional service. Not only does it take twice as long to move from prep to oven when I do carside, but the employees just look so dead. If y’all are gonna offer a service then do it respectfully.

Domino’s really dropped the ball. My kid bit into some raw chicken—how you gonna serve undone food like that? Plus, the pizza was burnt to a crisp. When I called, the so-called ‘general manager’ had the nerve to be rude and hung up on me. This place is a joke. Never ordering from there again!”

Apparently Its okay to just leave food outside now. I didn't ask for no one to knock and I would've had no clue my food arrived had I not peaked outside to see my food left on the ground. No one knocked which I find wildly disrespectful words my food and the money I provide buying your service.
I ordered a 8pc bbq wing and a pan pizza. It took forever to arrive which isn’t surprising with this store but when I felt that my pizza box want hot I knew it was gonna be some problems .. Basically I opened the box of undercooked wings to see that they squirted one side of them with the sauce and they were not at all cooked all The way . And then I looked at the pizza and picked it up to eat it …. It was pure dough ? The only thing that was edible was the drink And that was free . I swear I have had it with these establishments who don’t care about quality anymore . I’m not even mad anymore just shoulda expected it because it was not the first time .

WHAT THE HELL!? You're delivery driver ate a peice of my pizza. The name shows as Mathew for delivery. I'll also be calling tomorrow, this is 1000000% unacceptable behavior.Update: I physically went into the store. They refunded the pizza without any issues. They were polite and friendly. I updated from 1 stars to 4 stars to reflect the refund and helpful attitude of the staff. They were aware of this post which was nice to hear and reflected the fact that they try to keep on top of things.I don't hope the driver loses his job but I do hope there is some realm consequences to his actions.
