Sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes for them to tell i never placed my mobile order. Whenever it showed on the app i had placed it and she tried to correct me. It is also on my bank statement i had paid for it. It was a $3 order, and she couldn’t seem to even speak to me after me showing proof. Left without my order.

The older woman with grey hair and tattoos was so unprofessional. While I waited for my order she just kept casually cussing while she conversed with a co-worker (bigger woman, with black hair). She even began talking about other co-workers, right at the front while preparing orders. At one point her co-worker said something that made the older woman with tattoos respond with “I’d say it to her face”. Just doesn’t seem like a safe or professional setting.

I feel like people work hard for their money and when they pay for something they want their moneys worth! I work for a gas station. I would never hand out a soda, half full or show attitude I have a job because of that customer And I’m being paid to do a job …. I typically order the same drink but it will taste different each time And if you say anything, they’re going to give you an attitude And My drink will be halfway full & typically the people are giving off bad attitudes and horrible customer service & I know other people who experienced the same thing !!

Went in stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes and no one ask what I wanted. Saw 2 people working that saw me at the counter but never came up front!

I called before I went to let employees know I was on my way to pick up box o Joe of coffee around 7:30pm (close at 8) and the employee was very rude about it. She stated “you’ll have to wait because we are about to close.” When I got there I thanked her for it and she just answered “mmhmm”.
This location is absolutely horrible. Everytime I come through they get my drink order wrong and my food order. I specifically asked this time for a donut with no sprinkles and that is exactly what I got a donut with sprinkles. They use espresso that has been sitting out too long. I HATE coming through this location. I usually go to the Sikeston location which I’ve never had an issue with.

O k place for drinks
Love this place, but isn't my only go-to for coffee anymore. More times than not, my coffee is bitter or the wrong milk is used! It didn't used to be like this. Love all their lattes other than that. :p

Waited 15 minutes to be helped inside and was ignored for drive thru the entire time. Horrible experience. I left without being helped.

I’ve been coming to Cape for Work for a year now and I love Dunkin coffee. The first six months the girls working knew how to make a signature Latte. Now whoever they have working, the last 4 times I had to go in and have them remake it. So bitter you can’t even drink it. When I order a signature Latte they also don’t put the whipped cream and drizzle on top. I am consistently saying, that isn’t what I ordered. WHAT HAPPENED?!
