Some of the best micro-brew in the Heartland. If you like beer and like to experience beer that isn’t “normal” then you have to try Ebb & Flow.

Food was delicious

The staff were extremely nice and hospitable and I loved the outdoors seating arrangement. However as far as the food.. for 17$ I expect my sandwich not to fall apart and have my hands drenched in grease while trying to eat.

This place is wonderful! The mead is amazing. Kombucha is amazing, atmosphere is amazing.

Excellent food and beer. We had the hummus platter, sweet potatoes appetizer, and one of the burgers. The beers were definitely a highlight. The service was definitely subpar. Our waitress seemed to have been drained of any personality. I would recommend this place though given the quality of the food. Owners - please monitor/train servers to be a little more outgoing

We were visiting Cape and always like to try local breweries when we go somewhere. Sydney took care of us here and everything was great! We had the fried goat cheese and lil munchers for apps. I had the Fall Flatbread and everything was so good!

We also took some of their house-made spurs home as christmas stocking gifts. 10/10 will be back. Plus, their portions are enough for leftovers, even the kids menu.

Went today for the first time for a lunch date and we loved it! We both got smash burgers and they were so flavorful. I can’t remember the beers we tried but we both loved ours. Our server was very nice and the place is set up really cute. We will definitely go back

Had burgers, appetizers and beers on July 5. Parked on the street right by the gate. We almost had the place to ourselves. The weather was perfect for a July lunch. The food was excellent. The cost was very very reasonable. Great atmosphere. Come on Cape Girardeau! I couldn’t believe this place did not have more business that day at lunch. I spent less here than at most chain fast food places. Better, fabulous food, better atmosphere and beer. To top it off, it is dog friendly! What’s not to love? I looked, there are only 3 dog friendly places listed in downtown Cape and this is one. Cape needs to support this place. What a gem for any town. You’ll spend less here than Chipotle and it will be in an atmosphere to sooth your soul.

This is one of my favorite places in Cape to just hang out. The relaxing atmosphere is welcoming and fun. First Fridays are back and they have a fire going outside and live music inside. The staff are all very friendly. Try the Blackberry beer on tap called "Scratch Acid".
