The girl in the window was soo sweet! She personally walked out to my car when her speaker went out and offered me water since it was hot and it was a little wait since I ordered a lot of food. My little picky eater was also very pleased with his meal. Will definitely be back!

I rarely get to go to pasta restaurants because my husband has celiac, so when I was running errands with my 5yo today, we stopped in to Fazoli's for pizza and pasta.
The two behind the counter were so kind, sweet, and patient. I was confused about the menu setup and sides and they helped clear it up without judgement or irritation. The food was brought out incredibly fast! So fast that we hadn't gotten our drinks lids on or picked out a seat. The food itself was great, especially for the price. The front counter workers came by to make sure we were doing okay and talked with my son.
Overall, I am extremely pleased with this visit and I will ask my kiddo if he wants to go to Fazoli's the next time he and I are running errands alone. Thanks for the great experience! Your staff is absolutely wonderful!!

It had been YEARS since I last visited Fazoli’s — and I’m so glad I came back! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so sweet and welcoming. The staff truly made the experience feel special. The food was just as delicious as I remembered — warm, comforting, and full of flavor. And the prices? You really can’t beat them for the quality you get. It was the perfect experience all around. I’ll definitely be back soon! :)

Great customer service. Clean bathrooms and interior. Great food. Best fazolli's I have been too.
The absolute worst experience ever. Pasta was so undercooked it was nearly raw. I never had a Fazolis offer plastic utensils and when used the noodles were so under cooked the plate of food came up with one attempt to bite. The pasta broke apart spilling soda and food all over me, the table, and floor. I just walked out leaving the sorry excuse of food sitting there. Don't waste your money here. NOT what I would ever expect at Fazolis

Haven't purchased here in a while and I'm sure I won't anymore! Went to the drive through and ordered bread sticks and when I got home within 45 minutes they were hard and stale and tasted awful! What a shock to just throw your money away on low quality products
