The absolute worst experience ever. Pasta was so undercooked it was nearly raw. I never had a Fazolis offer plastic utensils and when used the noodles were so under cooked the plate of food came up with one attempt to bite. The pasta broke apart spilling soda and food all over me, the table, and floor. I just walked out leaving the sorry excuse of food sitting there. Don't waste your money here. NOT what I would ever expect at Fazolis

Haven't purchased here in a while and I'm sure I won't anymore! Went to the drive through and ordered bread sticks and when I got home within 45 minutes they were hard and stale and tasted awful! What a shock to just throw your money away on low quality products

Girl answered the intercom at the drive-thru with "Welcome to KFC!". Bunch of idiots. Left 8 dollars worth of food out of my bag and got the rest of the order wrong. Never again.

There very rude, slow,and lazy
The manger Phaedra is very rude and disrespectful to her employees and customers
I no 2 employees besides my self that have left because of her attitude and disrespect toward us behind closed doors and in front of are customers I personally have had a customer come up to me and apologize for how rude my manager was being him from them I've had customers feel like they could not order because how rude she was being. So bad that I had to give that customer a free dessert because she felt like she could not order with us .I think the franchise was way better before her abd and will be much better after her.If u need any more info comment on this post I'll happily reply

I decided to get lunch and when I did order the girl did not repeat my order and kind of rushed me when I wasn't done with the order yet. There was nobody else in the lane... I got a side salad and wasn't asked for dressing, wasn't offered a drink when I knew they came with the meal. She also said my total at the window by did not repeat my order (important because I thought she had heard wrong originally), and after being asked to repeat the order she did (order seemed right). I paid and left a little annoyed at the lack of attention to detail in a drive thru and she seemed like she did not want to be there. I got a drink after I asked for one (this is my regular order) and for some reason it didn't have ice in it which I thought was weird. Not fantastic for a drive thru experience, not sure if she was new but didn't seem happy to have me as a customer.
