This was my first visit. Will not be going back. Servers were nice but the place was super dirty, dirty dishes everywhere. No one picked up dishes the whole time we were there. food was just bland. Also probably 80 degrees in side.

We went in and while ordering an employee told me she could not make my food because it would be a 10 minute wait. I said I would wait and she got an attitude and said it'd be 20. We paid with a $100 bill and even the manager was rude. Overall just an awful experience

Got to love fazoli's for still having decent non-fast food at an affordable price. My husband and I both got the small spaghetti made it a combo had a salad breadsticks and a drink with it and we both ate for under 20 bucks then we took in a budget matinee movie called it a good day.

I came in just last week with my autistic daughter and Keliseya took our order, brought our food out for some reason he clinged on to her which is really rare and I instantly got scared because in the world some people can’t handle or be bothered with autistic children but she helped me with him as if it was her job she made us both feel welcome and her smile can light up a room lol. This was my first time eating at Fazoli’s and I can say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with dealing with restaurants/ fast food places. Thank you!

Food was okay but service was not. Employees were not out right rude but they were not very welcoming & seemed to be bothered by any questions or requests.
I hadn't been here in quite a while. I left very impressed with the value & customer service. For under $10 a delicious meal with bread sticks can be had, that breaks the burger / fries grind. The cashier & food busser were extremely kind, too. Delish!

No fountain sodas, instead you get a can soda you could buy out of a machine for 75 cents for the same price as you fountain sodas, just one can, no re fills, but you can always drink the puddle of water from your plate where they didn't drain the noodles before they put the sauce on, but don't use the bathroom, they look like they haven't been cleaned in about a month, poop and puke, everywhere, on the toilet, on the wall, horrible
