The food was delicious the cookie selection was terrible there was two cookies available and one was so broken up it was all just crumbs in the package the floors were very messy it look like nobody has swept for quite a while and over by the soda machines it was sticky and Spilled tea was over the counter other than that the food was great there was no welcome to Firehouse Subs there was no dining room person to clean up you had to get up and get your own food no food was served to anyone

When we were there they were having heating issues. It was very very cold indoors.

The building was very cold. My fingers were numb by the time we were done. The cheese was left off my sandwich. My husband nor I got a pickle. Food was decent and the fountain was a bit off.

My favorite sub sandwich place I've had by far. Sure, you could eat cheaper at Subway, but not if you actually order a sandwich your way there. Even then, the difference in quality is night and day. Service is good; restaurant is always clean. Plus, they have a Freestyle soda machine! Highly recommended if you're about to head into work and you need a quick, tasty meal that isn't the same old fast food standbys.

On Saturday, November 2nd, I placed an order for a NY Steamer footlong and a small Cajun chicken sub. The manager Tiffany was very helpful and the team did an amazing job making my subs and even though they were very busy, they were very respectful and worked together really well. The food was so good and I really enjoyed it.
