For a sandwich shop it's a little expensive but the service is always great. The manager always remembers my name and they always take the time to make sure my order is correct. If something happens on the app when I order she always corrects it and makes it right. The food was very good, and the service was the best I've seen in most public venues. The staff went out after their way to help an older gentleman who did a mobile order twice when he only needed 1. They corrected the mistake and helped him with getting his money back. The food was fresh and hot and in a timely manner. Keep up the great work.
Ordered food on my lunch break and sat there for almost 20 minutes in a mostly empty restaurant waiting for my food. Had to leave because it was taking too long.

I love the food at firehouse. It's amazing most of the time, however the customer service is terrible. I called to make an order and got put on hold 2 different times for 9 and half mins then 8 mins just to get hung up. When I go into store and tell them the issue I got nothing but attitude saying that's your problem would u like to talk to my manager? If you don't like people, please do not work in service. Go service your mouth elsewhere
