Went through the drive thru on a Friday afternoon as requested by a friend that just got out of the hospital. They were out of the food that my friend wanted. The were out of sweet tea and monster burgers.

I went here July 30th 2025 and had ordered online. I pulled into the drive thru to check in my order then was told they were out of burger patties and buns. The guy on the headset REFUSED to help me get a refund just kept telling me to go on the app its not there to do! Wouldn't give me a refund at the time and today they took the money out of my account for something I never received. I've worked customer service for years this is bullshit and shitty management. Or maybe just poor training or not caring. I sent corporate all of this. And now have had to dispute the charge with my bank. Shame on this so called restaurant for pulling this and treating paying customers that dont even get anything for what they spent out of it! I will never go here again and tell all my customers about this so they dont waste there time. The fast food I work for would never do this that's why we keep our business going. I'm a manager i know how things should be done. Get better!! This is how restaurants end up getting shut down or closing!

I can’t say enough good things about Hardee’s breakfast in Cape Girardeau! Every time I visit, I’m greeted with a warm smile and fast, friendly service. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious—exactly what you need to start the day off right. Their made-from-scratch biscuits are hands down the best in town flaky, buttery, and perfectly golden brown. I never knew how good Hardy's tacos were until today for only a dollar. I got the most loaded taco I've ever seen from a restaurant like that. Can get 15 tacos for 15 freaking dollars!!!! Trying to do that Taco Bell it almost cost 30 bucks. And they don't skimp either. They are loaded tacos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Served me the wrong chicken sandwich (in an inside-out wrapper nonetheless) and I didn’t know it until taking a bite out of it. Instead of throwing it away and making me the correct sandwich, they insisted on taking the sandwich (that I had eaten off of) back into the kitchen and adding the correct ingredients to it. Which still did not result in me getting the correct sandwich that I had paid for.
Ended up throwing the sandwich away anyways because the center of the chicken appeared to be undercooked and the mix of incorrect ingredients was disgusting and not what I had ordered.
To make it better, I am just recovering from my fight with Influenza A, which we all know is running rampant right now.. And STILL they took my half eaten food back into their kitchen to contaminate other people’s food with.
I would never even consider stepping foot inside this establishment again after my first and only experience here. These people are going to make someone sick or worse!!
And yes, I did question them wanting to take the sandwich back into their kitchen, but they insisted on doing so. ABSOLUTELY FOUL. DO BETTER.

When they have specials and you order something similar, they should offer that special. I ordered sausage egg and cheese thinking they were 2 for 5 got to the window and bc they had cheese I paid $15 for 4 PCs of cheese!!!! On 4 sandwiches! The sausage and egg are 2 for 5 but I got SEGC (cheese wasn't a big deal) I just wasnt sure of their deal ( which she could have said hey our sec is 2 for 5). I'm new around here. As management of 25+ years we were always informed to push the specials not screw customers! Friendliness brings more customers! More customers brings a better paycheck!!
Over $20 for 2 burgers. Ridiculous!
