Went to IHOP for lunch which is something I've never done. I was surprised at how good their lunch was. Will consider that as a lunch option again. Only thing was the service was a slow despite hardly anyone besides us dining. I think it was more due to like a lot of food places, got the servers doing so many things that the customer lags behind.

We had a great waitress. Two of the orders were brought out incorrectly. But the waitress acknowledged and attempted to fix as she brought the plates. However, the cook never made any of the corrections.

Made the mistake of ordering food from them. One of the meals was missing a drink. Requested two silverware. Only got one one of us had to eat with our hands. They provided no butter for the toast or for the pancakes. The hashbrowns we ordered extra crispy. They were not extra crispy. Unfortunately, you can’t go back to Uber eats and get money off for missing silverware or no butter Or incorrect made hashbrowns. The only thing that was refunded to me was the coffee. But this breakfast was a disaster. I thought I was gonna save some time. I called the store. The associate was very understanding. The manager gave me pushback all the way through. It’s the small things and you can tell the manager doesn’t care and the staff is working very very hard. The manager is like there’s nothing we can do for you.

Walked in and got ignored, after multiple workers walked by finally someone decided to get my order. Had to go back in after getting our food to get the syrup I wanted for my pancakes and workers just kept walking by. Took 15 minutes and no one would come even ask what I needed. Just kept saying “one second” and would keep walking away. It takes 30 seconds or less to hand me some syrup. Customer service is not very good. As petty as it may sound, I’ve worked in the restaurant business for 15 years, and this was just ridiculous. It’s easy to tell when you’re busy or when you just don’t want to help someone. Never got my syrup. Just left.

Its an IHOP so the atmosphere isn't anything special but the food and the service were both spectacular! Quck and pleasant waitress serving a bacon omelet! What's not to like?
I personally didn’t like the service and this IHOP location, when we got in the server didn’t talk to us , just led us to our table , we waited 20 mins until they came back to ask for our drinks , and food took an hour or more to arrive , even though it wasn’t that busy!

Wanted to eat here. Went in at 1pm on Saturday. Nobody at the front desk. Plenty of wait-staff seeing people standing at the front waiting to be seated but no initiative to help seat the customers themselves (classic “not my job” mentality) Used the restroom, came out, still nobody. Left and went to cracker barrel. Unfortunate.

Ordered to go and they didn't even give me the right food. Tried to call and the phone just rang and rang. Come in to try to get the food fixed and they give me little tiny 2oz container of the missing ingredients. Waitress has one table and is talking on the phone on speaker.The last time I was there before this the waitress was extremely rude and talking on her phone with it on speaker. She made us yell our order across the room to her. I honestly don't know how this place is even still open. I've never had a place be so rude or unprofessional.
