Wanted to eat here. Went in at 1pm on Saturday. Nobody at the front desk. Plenty of wait-staff seeing people standing at the front waiting to be seated but no initiative to help seat the customers themselves (classic “not my job” mentality) Used the restroom, came out, still nobody. Left and went to cracker barrel. Unfortunate.

Ordered to go and they didn't even give me the right food. Tried to call and the phone just rang and rang. Come in to try to get the food fixed and they give me little tiny 2oz container of the missing ingredients. Waitress has one table and is talking on the phone on speaker.The last time I was there before this the waitress was extremely rude and talking on her phone with it on speaker. She made us yell our order across the room to her. I honestly don't know how this place is even still open. I've never had a place be so rude or unprofessional.

Waited forever. Seated people who came in after us before us. Waited forever to take order. Waited forever for partial order to come out. Never got rest of the order. Other table walked out because of wait time. Then we walked out. Bathroom was unsanitary and smelled awful.

So my dasher went to pick up my food and asked about my orange juice, and they said it was in the bag, and she mentioned that she thought it was normally in a glass and asked if they were sure and they rudely exclaimed, that it was. Guess what wasn't in the bag, and why would it be?Why would they put a sixteen ounce cup of orange juice in a bag with my food. This is not the first time I have heard of or even personally had a rude experience at this store. This entitled attitude that people seem to have is not acceptable. When people are working, they are not doing us any favors.We are the ones doing them a favor by coming in. Customers provide service workers with the opportunity to earn a paycheck. There should be treated like gold. That is how I treat my clients and would never treat anyone this way.

Went on National Pancake Day- server was not kind. Very unprofessional. Did not greet us. Took order from across the room. Snapped at me when I wanted to add an item to my order. Did not check on us at all. Food was decent. Good music.

Very unorganized, I normally never give bad reviews but this is not a what IHOP used to be back in the day.
Food was great. Service excellent. Booths were a little dirty, but honestly its not a real breakfast joint if the tables arent a bit sticky

Slow to get seated when they were not busy, the server would disappear 20 minutes at a time and food took almost an hour to get when it was just sitting under heat lamps.

Ordered the two eggs,two pancakes, two sausage breakfast. Eggs done right, sausage as well, but come on, this is IHOP! International House of Pancakes. So my freshly ordered meal won't even melt the butter! Not even close to warm pancakes! But young lady who was our server was very nice and courteous.

I rarely am bothered by restaurant service as I was once a server. But every item on my plate was cold. And the greeters/hosts were unprofessional by flirting with each other while in the middle of a conversation with me and then making unnecessary comments about my appearance. I know of the Patel family as good people, please do better.
