Went to JJ’s drive thru after dark and their sign was not turned on. Told attendent and he said it was on. It was not, we could not see to order. He said he would give us a menu at window. After waiting in line, we got to window and he did give us a menu, BUT told us to go around building and to the back of the line. We left at that point. Very poor customer service. Need to have sign on for customers.

I paid $1 extra to get cheese on my sandwich, and they didn’t even put cheese on my sandwich! Go somewhere like Penn Station or Firehouse Subs, they ALWAYS have good sandwiches!

My wife asked for an unwich for my meal and they still gave me French bread. Asked for sweet tea and got unsweet. Didn’t take my rewards. My friends got double charged for their meal and when they asked to get a refund, they didn’t want to do it because they “already closed the register” when it was only 5 pm

nothing but bad things to say about this place always some messed up. delivery driver screamed no tip and honked in front of my house. wife is babysitting and forgot tip and i live a block away. scream to your mom next time no one cares you suck.

Very rude at this place, forgot my chips and made me wait 50 mins for them, and made my sandwich wrong on purpose. Ordered the Italian little John #5 and got turkey???? Had the right toppings and wrong meat. Can’t tell me that wasn’t on purpose.

I was working, had my food delivered. They forgot my soda. I called, and not only did he bring me my soda but bought one from rhodes for me because of his mistake! Cape Girardeau store is awesome! He went way above and beyond! Thanks JJ!

Horrible service. I made a catering order to be picked up on the 26th, which was the day before my wedding. It was my fault for forgetting to pick up my order and I was very aware of this. However, whenever I called to resolve this the next morning, Austin answered the phone and was extremely hostile and rude. He started the phone call off by saying “can you just hold on a second?!” I told him the situation at hand and he tells me my order was showing completed in their system and had been picked up. The only people who knew about this order were me and my husband. My husband had not picked this order up as he was with me the entire day Friday. Austin refused to investigate this and made sure we knew he was frustrated by our call. I asked for this to be refunded because someone else picked up an order that wasn’t theirs that was $80. He told me he would see about it and that he would “have to make note of me in his system”. So essentially I was being punished by Austin due to forgetting to pick up our order. I would also like to mention, we were never called and reminded to pick this up either. He claimed we were- we were not. This was very poor customer service and extreme laziness. We won’t be back again.

Been ordering here for years, spend way more than I should. So why is the store now going down hill. The manager is rude, they screw up your sandwich and then get an attitude when you want them to make the correct one. 22$ for a sandwich! Yes I want the one I paid for!
