Worst Jimmy John’s location don’t go here. Always wrong
literally only put cheese and bacon on my 14 dollar order. how do u not think “odd. only cheese, bacon and a bag of chips? let me double check that’s correct.” instead u serve someone, who hasn’t eaten all day, a cheese and bacon sandwich. might as well spit on me and call me a peasant while ur at it. this was my favorite restaurant to order my work meals from because its not as expensive as other places and they make a good sandwich.. except this time. i’m not a 5 year old with an eating problem. also, i called, let them know their mistake. only result was a refund, appreciated but i now am left hungry. they said “there’s no more drivers” so they couldn’t bring me a new sandwich. there was over an hour until they closed and you can still order delivery online. just plain lazy and rude. i ask you reading this to please order a cheese and bacon sandwich and let me know how enjoyable it is to eat… thank you for wasting my break jimmy johns! very very unhappy.

Writing this review 35 minutes into “we’ve received your order.” This JJs used to be great, I don’t know what’s happened over the past year but times have slipped to a half hour, three quarters, now it appears it’s over an hour. The only thing freaky fast about this place is how quickly you’ll lose patience with their inability to make a sandwich in a decent amount of time.

Typically Jimmy John's is the only place I order from when I want delivery because it's reasonably priced, and I usually get my correct order. My food was picked up, and it took 20 minutes to deliver it to me even though the restaurant is only 2.2 miles from where I work. So, therefore my sandwich was soggy and cold. I did call the store about my drink, and they had that delivered. Unfortunately, lunch just wasn't very enjoyable, and I definitely feel I wasted my money.

I had multiple issues my delivery order today. the staff at Jimmy Johns especially Ryan and the manager Jeremy went of their way to make it right with me. They went above and beyond and provided exceptional customer service despite the stress of my repeated phone calls during one of their busiest hours of the day. If corporate is reading please give them a raise!!!!

Paid the delivery fee and tipped only to regret it since delivery driver was too rude to knock or ring the doorbell and just left my cold sub in the hot sun for 30+ minutes.

This location is often very slow. I ordered online the app, hoping for a shorter wait time. It still took 38 minutes for one cold sandwich, chips, and a drink.

Good service and quality subs
I LOVE Jimmy John’s. Like I order from there quite often, and never usually have problems. But today they remade my boyfriend’s sandwich THREE TIMES and STILL got it wrong 🤦🏼♀️
First time both of them were wrong, I called to see if I could get it fixed. They asked me to bring the sandwiches back, and I said sure. I brought them back and when I got there, they said they didn’t see the note that said no mayo on the Club Lulu, and had to remake it real quick. No problem, thanks for catching it. So why remake it and ignore the note that said no tomatoes??
Third time is not the charm ladies and gentlemen.
