Jimmy John's

Been here three times and have had three bad experiences. Completely wrong order that was delivered, hair in sandwich, and bread that was too over cooked to bite through. Will not be going to this Jimmy John’s again. Awful food.

We drove up to the drive through at least 25 minutes before the store closed. We sat in the drive through for 6 minutes. Because the guy inside didn't want to answer the intercom to take our order. I know it was close to closing but we are still paying customers, and deserve the right to order when we show up before closing. I would understand if it was 5 minutes before hand, but as I said above, it was 25 minutes before hand. So, there really isn't a reason why our order couldn't be taken.

Probably should hire a manager that isn't rude to customers when her employees messed up an order. This is the second time in 2 months this has happened. When calling and just asking if it can be fixed was met with one of the rudest managers I've came across. From one manager in the the food and customer service industry to another do better.

When I say, Amazing customer service with a personalized experience! This is where it’s at, not to mention, the sandwiches are freaky fast, LBS! I want to say, thank you Jared for the wonderful customer experience, not to mention the great conversation!

I pulled up and ran to the door not realizing they didn’t open until 11 AM. But someone quickly came to the door and said not to worry about it that I could place my order. I have some parents and kiddos back at the soccer field that will be so excited to be able to eat before their game. Thank you Jimmy John’s for being so accommodating! And the food was delicious as always!

I love this place, in fact I drive from Perryville some days just to have jimmy John’s. I will fight tooth and nail to have a jimmy John’s in Perryville. You guys always have the best service and out of the 1000s of times I’ve ordered over the last 5 years I have only had one issue and it was only missing chips. Keep rockin it!

Delivery took two hours. We called the store at an hour and they said he left with a bunch of orders so he will show up eventually. I know no one wants to work anymore..but if you’re that behind I would much rather you call and tell us “hey we are very swamped and your order will most likely arrive over an hour late. Can we not fill your order so we can give you the service you deserve next time?” I’ve had companies tell me that before. Or offer to come pick it up if you realize there are many orders. Sodas were expectantly flat and warm at that time. Heck one soda was literally half full. One sandwich that was supposed to have bacon, ham, cheese, mustard, Mayo, lettuce, and pickle literally had ham and Mayo. That’s it. We couldn’t even call because by the time we got the order it was after 10pm. It was a frustrating experience for sure. It’s hard to be understanding when the order isn’t even correct. I know I wasn’t the only one frustrated tonight. I can’t imagine the backlash the store and especially the driver got. It only hurts your image, Jimmy John’s.
