Kenny's Flippin Burgers

The owner’s are amazing & the food is delicious. My favorite is the mini burger option. I love to put an egg on my burger with the spicy jam! This is a fun family atmosphere that doesn’t dissapoint!

First time ever in Cape Girardeau, so we thought we would try something local...huge disappointment 😞
Waited to be seated for over 10 min but yet there were only 2 sets of people at two of the three booths. The waitress, which we later found out was the owner, was not pleasant at all when we got there. It seemed as if it were a burden that we chose her establishment. Maybe she was just having a bad day.
Very inconvenient that the menu had to be uploaded to the phone especially since the reception was horrible. Way to many complicated options for sandwiches.
Hamburgers were raw in the middle and extremely sloppy with way to much mustard and ketchup and the top of the bun was way too greasy. The ribbon fries were cold and not that great, the crinkle fries seemed as if it was the last of the bag with more tiny pieces than actual fries.
Not checked on, not even once. Then i had to ask across the restaurant to get our bill. There is a lot more I could go on about, but I won't.
Very disappointing experience 😞 will not be returning or recommending.

To start off with, as we walked into the diner, the waitress yelled from the counter to sit over at a booth. It was not busy, only two other couples in the diner. We ordered 2 sweet teas & she returned with one glass; said they were out and making more.

After about 10 minutes when we asked about a menu she pointed to a QR code on the side of a napkin dispenser, with the comment she thought we were looking at the menu since he was on his phone. We did get outdated (waitresses words) paper menus with wrong prices.

Fast forward another 10 minutes after we were able to get the waitresses attention, we had our orders taken. I never got a depressed drink and we gave up due to frustration and asked to have our food changed to go. A burger, dirty fries and appetizer including one drink was $50.

Overall, we found that the service was sorely lacking. It would have been very helpful if the waitress had let us know the menu was online via QR code.
We definitely will not be back.

The service was absolutely amazing and the atmosphere was really cool while also being subtle. It was really nice. The food however, is the same problem I have with a lot of Kraft Burger places. They depend on the bun and the toppings to make up for there being no real flavor to the Patty itself. If I just wanted to eat browned meat I could have done that at home. If I'm going to spend $17 on a meal I could go to Texas Roadhouse and get a freaking steak .I would recommend encore which is so far. The only place out of these eight restaurants doing a competition that really has a decent hamburger as a base.

Great food! In town for a Volleyball tournament and took the team there to eat and it was fantastic! Owner was super sweet and took care of us so well! If you are in Cape Girardeau you have to make this spot!

Service was slow, Burger was dry and had no seasoning, the fries were good, and the "dirty balls" were also good. May not be coming back.

I ate here in fall of 2023 and had the best burger and side "dirty balls". Now in February of 2025 I'm excited to eat here again. When we get there a sign says seat yourself, a lady yells from the register seat yourself. Our waitress was nice but she was so slammed that she did not have time to be very personable. The big let down was the burger was not hot and it was dry. The burger is $17. I would have said something but I was ready to get out of there. Too short staffed, one young man cooking, and a junior high aged young girl busting tables. This place needs to get there staffing together
