Went to KFC tonight at 5:30 in Cape Girardeau Mo .was told there was no chicken and it was going g to take a Very long time to make .to not wait .WTH ? Then why were they open ?

I called at 7:30 to ask about their holiday hours. They said they just closed. However, as I was passing the establishment on my way to a different restaurant, I saw they were still taking orders at the drive-thru. I pulled up to the speaker and the holiday hours sticker posted said they close at 8pm, not 7:30. I No one ever contacted me over the 10 minutes I waited at the speaker. I pulled forward to the front window and once again, no staff member came to the window to talk to me, despite knocking twice. I went to the front door and called a staff member out, who simply said their boss told them they closed at 7:30 and refused to elaborate or provide reconciliation. The staff are unprofessional and unaccommodating. I get that we all want to go home during the holidays, but if the public is told you close at 8pm, you close at that time.

Got the 4 piece chicken tenders, they may need to change their grease they were very dark and hard.

Sat in the drive through for 35 minutes. Got to the windows and they where out of two pieces of a 8 piece meal. This is the second time at this location. No apology no nothing. Will not go back anytime soon.
I'm not even going to beat around the bush, what I was served last night was incompletely inedible! Nuggets should not be left out for hours and then served to customers, got the nugget meal and not a single one was warm, couldn't even eat 3 before throwing it away! Maybe hire people who actually cook the food.

Just went in and ordered a 16pc and a 8 pc with extra stuff. Everything looks great. Very quick. Very friendly. And the taste is fantabulous.

The KFC chicken may be finger licking good. However, the sticker SHOCK of their prices will probably lead you quickly to the nearest exit.
