Me and my husband love the place but last nights service 2/25/25 was horrible. The 2 girls in the back were rude and very slow. They kept serving 3 tables in the back before anyone else so by the time they got to the other tables they would give you one cluster and then run off to the back and the process would happen again go to those 3 tables fill them up then come back and give the other tables 1 cluster. My husband ran put of food multiple times and he asked for butter multiple...

Here today, we love this place but this is the third time that the customer service has been awful, that one women (who has always run the register, dark hair pulled back) acts like she doesn’t even want to be there and is extremely rude, to all that come in! It’s crazy how rude she is! The tea has been sour all three times and I let her know today and she just rolled her eyes. They don’t act this way when Mike the owner is there but the last three times we have been here...

This place is great. The owner and staff are very attentive to all the customers. Food is great and were offered to try other foods at no extra charge. The crab was cooked well, and would come out of the shell in full pieces. Thank you from East Texas.
