Went to drive thru and was informed there was a 4 min wait for the apple fritter I wanted. Didn't have time to wait so trying to decide on a different item and a princess , not sure last name, came on and was rude and impatient. I will not be back !! I went to dunking donut and they were very polite .

My daughter was excited to find the Pac-Man donuts. Staff was very friendly. She was excited and jumping around. They were patient and kind. Donuts are always tasty!

The donut were terrible, tasted old, missized, so expensive was so so disapointed. If i had not gotten almost home i would of taken them back and get a refund. It will be a long time before i go back. I will get my donuts at.

The last few times I have visited the Krispy Kreme in Cape, I have been disappointed. Once they struggled to cobble together a dozen of assorted doughnuts. No original glazed were available with 5 people working and was told it would be 45 minutes. Today, a dozen of original glazed were over $16 and the donuts were half the size. Sad day for donuts!

Lady wouldn’t let me use a coupon that worked the previous two visits, then said she didn't have enough creme-filled and gave me a raspberry to replace when I asked for custard filled instead.

This is the rudest Krispy Kreme ever. One girl acts like she can't hear through the drive thru and don't try to use your point or freebies they will tell you that you can't use them. The donuts are never fresh, and on kindness day got one donut when it said a dozen. I was one of the first 30 to arrive as well
