They do not honor hot light. With the light on they told me I had to purchase half of them to get the other half free with all kids with me in drive thru saying they dont care what krispy krene standard is. I was purchasing coffee with it.

Went to Krispy Kreme in Cape Girardeau today around 1 had a coupon code for a free dozen glazed doughnuts ordered a specialty dozen to go with it paid with a hundred dollar bill the cashier looked at it to ensure it was real and only gave back change for a fifty dollar bill didn't count the money back didn't ensure we had our receipt. Cashier is a thief today

If I could give negative stars I would. I called 24 hours before going to order , and was told I didn't need to preorder or prepay just come in, or through the drive thru, they always had the particular box I was asking for. So I just go, first thing in the morning. And nope they do not have them can they make a substitution. No my pregnant daughter asked for that box specifically! Or I could drive an hour away and get them ! Seriously. Why couldn't you just take my order and payment yesterday so they'd be there . Terrible customer service

Went to drive thru and was informed there was a 4 min wait for the apple fritter I wanted. Didn't have time to wait so trying to decide on a different item and a princess , not sure last name, came on and was rude and impatient. I will not be back !! I went to dunking donut and they were very polite .

My daughter was excited to find the Pac-Man donuts. Staff was very friendly. She was excited and jumping around. They were patient and kind. Donuts are always tasty!
