The service at this location was excellent! They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our meal. An employee followed us outside to correct an issue they noticed even though we didn't complain.

Went there just yesterday. Spent over $50 which is fine but the charges were ridiculous. The was a $1.50 upcharge for the sides that went with our meals. $3 for the tea that doesn't come with the meal and $4 for the lemonade. The sneaky pricing is going to be very bad for your business.

Why do you guys put toothpicks inside of the sandwich? Is that a new thing? I've never had my sandwich prepared that way at other shops before. I must say I am not a fan of this style, but maybe I'm old school when it comes to sandwich prep.

Ate here a few times while living in the area. I always get the same thing, a baked potato with steamed broccoli. On one visit the broccoli tasted a little off but it looked fine so I ate it. Big mistake. I was horribly sick for the next 18 hours. If something like broccoli could go bad and not be noticed I wonder what else they have served that wasn't fresh. I have eaten at at least 20 other locations and never had an issue.
