Ate here a few times while living in the area. I always get the same thing, a baked potato with steamed broccoli. On one visit the broccoli tasted a little off but it looked fine so I ate it. Big mistake. I was horribly sick for the next 18 hours. If something like broccoli could go bad and not be noticed I wonder what else they have served that wasn't fresh. I have eaten at at least 20 other locations and never had an issue.

We always enjoy McAlister's food, and this time was no exception. We took our food to go since we were passing through the area on a road trip. Everything was packaged so it stayed warm and yummy from the kitchen to our car. (Separating the pickle wedge from my sandwich in the to-go container made my day... sometimes it's the little things! The two ladies at the front were super friendly and helpful! Overall, we couldn't have found a more hospitable place to stop and grab a bite to eat. We are going to make this location a regular stop on our trip from now on!

Food is always good but service is lacking often. Waited 20 minutes in store for my online order and even asked about it and then they told me it would be another 20 minute wait for spuds but never mentioned it the other 20 minutes I wasted. Half the time you come before even peak lunch time they will be out of spuds.

Do not order delivery through their app. Food never arrived. For questions about the order I was directed to DoorDash. DoorDash directed me back to McAlister's. Round and round we went, but still didn't help me get the food.
The dining room smell was horrible, the booth & table were sticky to the touch. Ordered our food, a few moments later we were called back to the counter to be told they were out of potatoes. Several food items were cold on three different plates. When checking out we were asked if we wanted pickles with our sandwiches, no pickles on our plates when we received our food. 7:45 on a Friday evening, one of the worse dining experiences we've ever had with a $40 bill.

Not very friendly staff at all. My first and last time visiting this location. I walk in and none of the staff acknowledges my existence, much less ask if I could be helped. I thought I was invisible or something. So I proceed to walk right back out without ordering. They obviously didn’t want my order anyway! Thanks for nothing, your loss not mine!
