I'm leaving my previous review and adding to it. Out of the last four orders, i've been missing something or the food was wrong every time wrong drink wrong order entirely straw and sanwhich missing missing machiatto Executive and general management are clearly not doing anything to improve the operayion here. It's a freaking circus, and they need to plug someone else into this position. Also I would like to add. I was having a roundtable discussion about business matters with some colleagues and mentioned my last few experiences and literally all of them had stories to tell about this restaurant. it's absolutely awful.
The skinny kid with the ponytail needs to be let go. With the drive through window open, he speaks with a foul mouth and by this morning was bragging about getting drunk and driving. Little did he know I lost somebody very near and dear to me to a drunk driver?A couple of weeks ago. Absolutely unacceptable, and if the manager let him stay through his shift, shame on them. He was laughing and speaking about it like he was very proud of it and then mentioned he had drank a lot more and drove a lot farther another time. And I won't go into the rest, but not things.I wish to repeat and absolutely not acceptable. I am disgusted what made it a 100 times worse? Is when I mentioned to the girl in the drive through a window that I heard what he was saying and that it should not be tolerated. Especially in the airshat of a customer, he was standing over there smirking, looking right at me. Get this person out of your restaurant. They are going to lose your business without a doubt.

McDonald's just isn't what it used to be. It's as expensive as anything else these days, the burgers come flat, the fries are pumped so full of preservatives they'll look like fries a month from now laying out in the sun. They've got a long way to go if they ever want to get back to being desired.

Super slow drive thru only to get to window and be told pull around front and wait another 10 minutes at 2pm nonetheless. Poor customer service, avoid unless you have plenty of time.

Couldn't access bathroom because another customer let his little girls in the bathroom. Other customer had non service dog off leash in the store. Unsanitary and annoying.

Always gotta “pull up and wait” and prices are ridiculous! The app has gotten to be nothing but a hassle and don’t really offer er much!
Consistently forget items, I never get all the food I pay for, and I don’t live close enough to just drive back every time. A hassle to eat here.

Nice app!! I really appreciate when I order food after work and I get there and your workers just tell me you don’t have it when I literally paid for the order online. “You can get back in line” yeah when the line has doubled and I already waited for 10 mins in the drive thru. Appreciate it.
We went for blizzards- they were disappointing and expensive for some fake ice cream with barely any toppings mixed in it ... sad. I feel like they're greedy and serving some expensive, yet unimpressive junk food. The food from any Mcd chain is all garbage ingredients anyway. Suspicious and questionable as to what is in their nuggets and meat and french fries to begin with. Good luck McJoke's.
