Remember ladies and gentlemen, if you order something off the breakfast menu before 10:30 on the app and get to the location well before the breakfast menu is over and chose to go through the drive through, if the line is moving slow, because it's a constant issue with this location, they'll make sure you don't get your food and tell you that you need to reorder! Yet again these clowns prove there's no low they won't reach. If Lisa is still the manager of this location this stuff is getting out of hand! Please hire individuals who actually wanna do there job.

I usually let things go easily when it comes to fast food since I know how hard it is since I worked in fast food before. But what I experienced today was absolutely ridiculous. I use the kiosk to order food along with 4 other people we pay and proceed to sit down. No one gave us our drinks I had to go up and ask. We waited about 30 minutes just for food to come which is unacceptable knowing there was hardly any business at that time. We finally get our food, still no drinks, no sauces that we asked for and worst of all something I was not expecting. I ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets combo and as I opened the box I found 9 1/2 nuggets not 10. One had a bite taken out of it. I was very annoyed knowing they could have done better. And even worse that is disappointing and super gross. I cannot believe this happened, since when have people thought this was funny because it is most certainly NOT!!
Customer service is very slow especially through the drive thru and not the best customer service. Food is always cold and fries are always like and hard. As if they been sitting a while. We pay 5 bucks for that,?????

I ordered a Big Mac meal with extra pickles onions and sauce and my burger had no cheese. So I go to get replacement burger and it doesn't have extra onions or pickles smh. It doesn't seem that orders are fixed according to customer requests and on top of that when I call about the second mess up I get a fax line. It's been irritating to have to keep going back because the order isn't correct.
