Awful experience. Don’t use the mobile app and don’t expect them to help you when THEY CHARGE YOU TWICE. I can get past a lot but being rude to me and holding my food hostage while you then charge me and my boyfriend for the same order is crazy.
Whoever worked Sunday morning manager, I hope that you have the day you deserve and I hope you learn how to do your job correctly ❤️
went through the drive thru for lunch. got my food and told them I also had a large drink. the women at the window was hateful and said to pull forward to the waiting area. 10 to 15 minutes goes by and nothing. after 20 minutes I drove off. very rude workers and horrible customer service.
