Meat patties were cold and hard, and the chicken was cold. Coffee had black floating things.

I already made my review, I will not click on your link. You can provide a real response here. Goes to show how little you care about your customers. You want more info to make your service better, have the manager of the store reply here, directly to me.

I got double charge and my order was wrong

I ordered on the app, went through the drive thru, and waited 5+ minutes at the last window just to receive a half empty fry. No, there were no fries at the bottom of the bag. I thought glancing in the bag to confirm all items were present was enough, but now I will have to confirm that the items have been properly filled.

Made an app order for a breakfast sandwich at about 10:20. Got to the drive thru at 10:34am and was told they stopped serving breakfast. Very not cool.
These people don't want to work for that much money, terrible service.

Ordered food from APP. When we got home, they forgot special cheeseburger that we ordered and paid for. Since this was a toddlers food, we gave her my burger but she didn't eat it because she doesn't like pickles and onions.

This one on N Kingshighway has the worst burgers in the world for some reason. The rest of their food tastes like what you'd expect from McDonalds, but their burgers taste like they've been freeze dried since the stone ages no matter what time of day you go. Inedible pieces of rubber.

Everytime I go here they mess my order up or the food has been sitting under the heat lamp to long
Placed a mobile order online about an hour and 45 minutes before I picked up the order at the store once I got to the store I went through the drive-through. Nobody answered on the mic so I went ahead and pulled forward. I proceeded to go to the front window And the lady asked me if I stopped at the window. I told her no because nobody was at the microphone when I pulled up and waited there for about 5 to 10 minutes then she proceeded to say why didn’t you just stop at the window and wait I said because there was nobody at the mic when we pulled up and waited about five minutes Then we proceeded to wait for another 20 minutes on our food that we had placed an hour and 45 minutes ago so time passes we get our food we end up bringing it all the way back home and we go to eat the food and one there’s either no pickles on it or no ketchup on it or it’s just the hamburger and a bun or they are extremely burnt. Also when we got to the point where I had told them why we were there The lady proceeded to barely walk around the corner, acting like she was doing something and she was on her phone for a good five minutes. Very shitty service.so highly do not recommend this McDonald’s

i ordered online and used my rewards to get a cheeseburger. I also ordered some nuggets along with it. When I checked my bag, i realized i didn’t receive my burger. no big deal, it happens. however, when i walked in to address the issue the employees stared at me like i was stupid. one of them barely talked to me and had some other girl come out. none of them were polite and it seemed like they have never heard of hospitality. when i finally received my burger, it was the worst thing i have ever tasted. it has the texture of stiff cardboard. not to mention my nuggets were scattered all over the bag. almost none of them are in the actual box and our fries are extremely soggy and disgusting. i will never come back to this location. do better and learn to use a customer service voice every once in awhile

I ordered through the mobile app and it would not let me check in so I went inside. After being inside they made my boyfriend pay for the order because my card was pending? Which was their fault. Anyways I was PROMISED by the very rude manager that my card would be refunded. 2 days later and my boyfriend and I were BOTH charged for the singular order we got (which was cold because they refused to give me my food)
Anyways I called today and they were yet again rude and told me to contact my bank.
Unorganized and the managers should be properly trained in how to work the app and how to correctly charge people. Also a class in customer service would be a huge help.
Going through all this for a cold egg McMuffin and a watered down iced coffee is crazy.
