i ordered online and used my rewards to get a cheeseburger. I also ordered some nuggets along with it. When I checked my bag, i realized i didn’t receive my burger. no big deal, it happens. however, when i walked in to address the issue the employees stared at me like i was stupid. one of them barely talked to me and had some other girl come out. none of them were polite and it seemed like they have never heard of hospitality. when i finally received my burger, it was the worst thing i have ever tasted. it has the texture of stiff cardboard. not to mention my nuggets were scattered all over the bag. almost none of them are in the actual box and our fries are extremely soggy and disgusting. i will never come back to this location. do better and learn to use a customer service voice every once in awhile

I ordered through the mobile app and it would not let me check in so I went inside. After being inside they made my boyfriend pay for the order because my card was pending? Which was their fault. Anyways I was PROMISED by the very rude manager that my card would be refunded. 2 days later and my boyfriend and I were BOTH charged for the singular order we got (which was cold because they refused to give me my food) Anyways I called today and they were yet again rude and told me to contact my bank.
Unorganized and the managers should be properly trained in how to work the app and how to correctly charge people. Also a class in customer service would be a huge help.
Going through all this for a cold egg McMuffin and a watered down iced coffee is crazy.

I went in to purchase a caramel frappe, stood in line for 10 minutes, then stood around for 20 waiting on my Frappe, I got tired of waiting and left. Thank you for taking my money and not giving me my food or product.

I went this afternoon to grab something quick for my kids the gentleman that was working the front counter was amazing and respectful you don’t see that that much at a fast food restaurant he was taking orders and helping out in the back and always has a smile on his face super friendly

Gave my code for a free happy meal was accepted, but because I asked for cheese on the burger, I lost my points and paid for the meal. Understand it's not the workers' fault, but McDonald's needs to get a grip on their reward system. This is the second time something like this has happened. On top of that, didn't even get cheese on the burger and the burger which was ordered plain, had pickles, mustard and Ketchup on it.
This place does not have garbage cans anywhere on the outside. You have to get out of your vehicle and go inside the McDonald's restaurant to throw your bags away.
