This place used to be great. Popped in a couple of months ago and ended up leaving before we ate. Put in an order of chicken wings to get us started. After 20 minutes we heard the waitress going to the other two tables to tell them it would be another 10 minutes and they both said it's been an hour night as well wait 10 more minutes. We cancelled our wings and left with attitude from the waitress.Today the food was just not great. Rice was dry as hell, plantains were raw I think?, and the goat curry had a bone in it the size of my fist. I understand that that is how you would be served it at home, but this is a restaurant. Don't serve me a massive bone chunk. The carrots in the curry hadn't been cooked at all. Just straight up raw carrots cut into much too large chunks. The curry sauce itself was delicious.Hope they can get it together again because they are capable of making great food.

Delicious, authentic Haitian food. I ordered the stew goat & enjoyed every bite of it! The service was also very good - our server was kind, patient & accommodating. I will certainly be back!

I’ve been desperately craving some soul food and this place is just a few blocks from me. The food was amazing the steamed cabbage was the best I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to spend all my money here ? sadly they were out of collard greens which is a soul food staple but don’t worry cuz I’ll be back for it.

Food is good here. Service was not. Ordered 3 items online paid 25 dollars. When I arrived they said they did not receive an order. Showed them my confirmation text and they reminded me again they had not received the order. They Asked me what I ordered and when I got to the plantains/eggs they informed that's a breakfast item and not available. The owner then picked a copy of her to go menu and informed me if I had ordered from this I would seen that the eggs/plantains were not available. They seem to display an attitude that what happens with online ordering is not their problem. I left without a refund

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!❤ It's a quaint little spot that brings the deliciousness of Haitian flavors straight to the heart of St. Louis!!! Our family ordered the Jerk Chicken, Coconut Curry and the Haitian Style Oxtails. The sides were Red Beans and Rice, Steamed Cabbage, Sweet Plantains, Peas and Rice and Cabbage. Each and every entree AND side was PHENOMENAL!!! The entree portion sizes are very filling. They even have Haitian beer offerings and rum punch. The owner/chef was very sweet and made sure she came out to check in with patrons. She also helped us decide on what to order. I'm convinced you can't go wrong with any of the menu items. The food was cooked fresh and served hot, and every dish was flavorful! We will definitely be returning.

My Marie! My Marieee!I understand why this restaurant is called My Marie because literally every time I eat here, after every bite - I’m saying My My My.I’ve supported a few times both through take out and delivery. My go to usually is the jerk chicken with Mac n cheese and collards.Today I changed it up and went with the oxtails, mac, and cabbage, with a side of the rice and peas and oh my God. I dnt know why I waited so long for this combo but yep…this is the one.Everything is always so well seasoned and I really appreciate the use of different herbs in her food that I can see and taste. The oxtails were so succulent, flavorful, and tender with the perfect amount of fat. The cabbage is so buttery and delicious and when mixed with a lil of the gravy from the oxtails on the ride home!! Baybeee *chefs kiss* and of course the rice and peas are perfect and yes, seasoned!I’ve also found, food from here is best when steaming hot so be sure to take those extra lil few minutes and reheat ur food if not dining in.Also her home made drinks are addictive.Sorry I don’t have a pic yall, it was half gone before I got to this review! Food wise- Hands down one of the best restaurants in STL! Enjoy ?
