Best Sushi in the region. Great fresh fish, and limited special availability fresh fish items you can't get anywhere else in the region. I suggest doing as the name implies and trust the chef for a great variety of Sushi or Sashimi. Intimate setting, where you will get to know Angel as he expertly crafts your plate behind the counter. Also the only place in the region using fresh REAL wasabi, instead of horseradish based wasabi bought in stores/served at other establishments.

The food was fantastic! You can definitely tell the chef takes pride in his work and has all fresh ingredients. My only complaint is that the rolls are slightly smaller than what I'm used to and they were kind of falling apart.

Wheelchair accessibility: I wouldn't really suggest this place for wheelchairs, the entrance is very narrow and the spacing between seats is minimal.
