Was pretty disappointing. Service was very slow and the place was not very busy for a Sunday night at 8:00. My daughter and I both had steaks that were so chewy and tough we couldn’t even finish them. Pretty bad for a “steak house”

Me and family visit here for my 50th birthday, and the food was not to our liking or expectations. My food was dry and not like it was pictured. My husband food was dry with little sauce, and steak meat was dry and tasted terrible. My granddaughter food was not made right, and they brought out a cold peace of cheese for her burger. She didn't like it and didn't eat it. I had a terrible birthday and did not enjoy this restaurant at all.

It sucked
Blooming onion was burnt the salad was bad, had bad lettuce in it. I have added a photo of both. Hamburger burnt and the blooming chicken burnt as well. I will never eat here again!!! Something green in my drink.

I would give a zero stars. The staff was nice. Our waitress, Keturah, however, was not. She acted like she didn’t want to be bothered and had a nasty attitude. She acted like we were an inconvenience to her. You are a waitress, it’s in the name. If you don’t want to wait on people don’t be a waitress. She sat down with her friends the entire night and didn’t do anything but take our order. She asked if I wanted a refill as well and said someone else would bring it out even though she was our waitress. Horrible waitress. They over seasoned most of the food as well. The best tasting thing was the appetizer. We spent $90 for two adults and one kid. Wouldn’t return.

I went here for my birthday and didn't have a great experience. I ordered the Alice Springs Chicken, and it came out burnt...inedible. I grabbed the waitress and told her. She said, "Eww, is that supposed to be Alice Springs Chicken? I'll get you a new one." My next one came out with no bacon. I was paying $22 for a meal and wanted it to be correct, so I sent it back again. While they were making another, the manager came out to tell me they are now out of bacon. I told them nevermind and not to worry about my meal. The manager and waiter were both very nice and apologic. The manager did comp my meal, gave me a free dessert, and then took 50% off the rest of the bill. Everyone else in my group had great food. Unfortunately, mine was a big miss on my birthday.

For what we paid, yhe food was mediocre. We've visited Outback only 3 times in 26 years only to be dissapointed each time. This time was the least dissapointing. Their steaks are seasoned with 17 herbs and spices which actually muddles the flavor. I had the bone in ribeye. It was thin and only had small pieces of bone, not nearly an actual bone in ribeye. The highlight of the meal was the breaded mushroom appetizer, maybe the best I've had anywhere. Probably not going to try a 4th time.

He used to go to outback quite a lot. Hadn't been there for a while. Noticed that their prices have significantly increased. I was going to get the $13.99 lunch and it and it came with Alice springs Chicken and a regular size order of broccoli. I thought that the prices were too high for what I was getting and the service ended a little slow. Other than that everything was fine. My wife agreed also.

I have been going to Outback for over 20 years without disappointment. I also have experience in Food Service management. This was one of the worst, if not the worst, experiences I have ever had. The problems were too numerous to explain in this post but were the obvious result if poor management and staff training. In addition to poorly prepared food, we witnessed infighting among the staff and unprofessional behavior towards guest, specifically some minors. This experience has left an indelible black mark on the Outback chain.

Yall the food sounds amazing, but it isn't..the dang "cook" was outside smoking with his gloves on also. Don't waste your time. Other than with amazing waiters and waitresses.
Waiter was really nice and attentive. But food was not as good as expected. I have had better steaks at other franchises and the sauce on the blooming chicken was less than desirable. Mac n cheese bites also didn’t have any flavor unless dipped the the ranch sauce it came with. A little pricey for the quality of the food we got.
