I went through the drive thru around 6:30 on a Saturday evening. When I got home, the food I received was great, but they forgot to put half of my "You pick 2" order in the bag.

Did you expect to get bread at Panera Bread? Ha, I have a surprise for you they are often out of bread. We are not talking a special bread, just the core baguettes.
If they have bread, odds your order will be messed up. Wrong soup. Wrong side.
The place has been downhill for a while. Generally disappointed more than delighted when I visit a location across the US.

I went here 3 times in one week trying to get a bread bowl and they never had one. I would understand it I went in the evening but twice was just after lunch. Very disappointed, probably won't go back.

The staff was so pleasant, the lady in front of us didn't know what she had before and the lovely cashier helped her figure it out without being annoyed or short. She was super polite about the wait. The fall squash soup was great. Everything was served quickly and looked and tasted great. We ate outside and the patio area was clean and we'll kept. Great place to eat.

The service and atmosphere were amazing but the bagel has more to be desired. It was the worst I think i've ever had it was hard as a rock not edible.

I receive top tier customer service Everytime I come thru the drive thru! This is mostly because of the two workers that I see normally working the window, Logan and Brittany who greet me with a smile and polite conversation every time I come (and I come daily, sometimes twice a day). They also do this all while managing to keep the line moving quickly and smoothly. They are great employees and definitely make you want to come back! Keep up the great work guys!

Coffee is cold especially in the afternoon and on weekends. They won't make fresh coffee. Rude employees.
